Diana Prince, better known as Wonder Woman, is one of the six main protagonists of the 2019 reboot of the DC Super Hero Girls franchise.
She is the princess of Amazons, daughter of Queen Hippolyta, who went through the 21 tests of the tournament of Athena and Afrodite, before deciding, just because of the pureness of her heart, leave the immortal land of Themyscira, to go the land of Man, also known as human world, to protect the humans from multiple threats, going to the city of Metropolis, posing off as an interchange student.
Once a student named Barbara Gordon discovered that she had superpowers and was hiding something (as well as many other girls from the same school) she set up them all to be in a situation where they reveal their powers to each other. After that, Diana became a key piece and leader of the group of superheroes known as Superhero Girls, protecting the World of Man as she always dreamed, but also learning how to live a normal teenage life and enjoy doing things with her friends.
She was voiced by Grey Griffin, by Lilly Aspell as a child, and by Cristina Vee (who also voices Ladybug in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir and Killua Zoldyck in Hunter x Hunter) as her singing voice.
Her Good Ranking[]
What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
Season 1[]
- She always dreamed of going to the land of Man and protecting the people there with her Amazon powers, even defying her own mother to do this.
- She fights monsters and protected Metropolis even before getting to know the other Super Hero Girls.
- After she punches Kara through a wall, she immediately feels remorse and goes check if she is okay.
- Agree with Batgirl's idea of forming a team and immediately checkered all of their names, powers and identities to make sure they would be better off at their maximum potential.
- Although she did cause trouble sometimes due to not being used to how humans act, it was never intentional.
- She learned how to have fun and relax with her friends, loving to see how it feels to have a true friendship.
- She helped fight against Luthor's bots that were forcibly expelling everybody from Sweet Justice.
- Apologizes to having fail to make a proper team (even if it wasn't her fault in the end) and went back to Temyscira thinking that'd be what's best for everyone.
- After her friends went after her and the Amazons and started a fight, she stood up for her friends against the Amazons, and when her mother allowed her to go back and act as a superhero, she gleefully agreed.
- Defeated Lena Luthor and her plans to get rid of teenagers through brainwashing.
- Saved the city once again while protecting her and her friend's identities from Lois Lane.
- She didn't intend to cause trouble at her friend's houses and was very happy to find a mother figure who allowed her into her house.
- She defeated the Super Villain Girls countless times.
- Went to Supergirl's rescue when she was tricked and injured by Catwoman.
- She mourned Supergirl's supposed death.
- Helped Power Girl defeat Livewire.
- She faced Ember and defeated her with the help of Zatanna's magic.
Season 2[]
- While she acted berserker-like in #TheMinus, ranting when she got an A- and even destroying a robot viscously, which creeped out her friends, the worst action in that episode were under the effect of a magical fruit from Themyscira, and her anger at the start of the episode, while bad, is not too disqualifying, not to mention she felt remorse for being so wrathful in the end, and apologized.
DC Super Hero Girls: Teen Power[]
- She, along with her fellow Super Hero Girls, defeated Lena Luthor and Toyman, who wanted to destroy the Hub City district in Metropolis and discredit Lex Luthor.
Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse[]
- She helped prevent a multiversal madness in "Mayhem in the Multiverse".
- Apologized to her friends due to not warning them she's go to Justice League, and after being saved by Harley Quinn, she reunited them once again.
- She saved the Justice League and the Invinci-Bros from the Legion of Doom and helped the defeat them.
- She was prone to accept Harley's redemption.
- Tried to fight Supergirl's brainwashed body, to no avail.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- She can be wrathful sometimes, such as ranting about receiving an A- (which also shows arrogance), and, atleast in the start of the series, being prone to resolving problems with violence, even if, in normal situations, she was controlled and peaceful.
- Even if not as much as other Super Hero Girls, she has jerkish moments, such as breaking one of Barbara's beloved Batman keepsakes and blaming it on Harleen, fighting with her friends over a car, which led to the car's destruction, and getting jealous of how quickly Supergirl bonded with her mother, which led to her accidentally putting the three of them in danger.
Trivia[]
- She was once considered Pure Good, until it was decided she had too many corrupting qualities to ignore, so she was removed, and eventually proposed and approved here.
- She, Batgirl, Bumblebee and Harley Quinn are the only DC Super Hero Girls heroes to be Near Pure Good.
- She and her DC counterpart are the only versions of Wonder Woman to Be Near Pure Good.
