~ Willow to Hunter at the Titan's Skull |
Willow Park is a major protagonist in the Disney Channel animated series The Owl House.
A prodigy witch in plant magic, Willow starts the series being a shy and often peaked on kid for her "weak" magical abilities, with her only friend being Gus Porter. She becomes a close friend of the human Luz Noceda when she first comes to the Boiling Isles. As time goes by, she helps her in adventures alongside Amity Blight, her childhood friend and former bully, and Hunter, a former member of the Emperor's Coven, who would later become her boyfriend.
She was voiced by Tati Gabrielle.
Her Good Ranking[]
What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- She is very kind to everybody most of the time and makes friends easily.
- She held no prejudice against Luz for being a human, and when she took her into Hexside, she helped her escape by going against Principal Bump using her plant magic. Even though she knew that she would get in a lot of trouble for aiding Luz, she said that no trouble she could get into would be worse than Luz being literally dissected.
- She called out Gus for bringing Luz to Hexside when she is still banned just to keep his position as the head of Human Appreciation Society and then lying to her about it.
- She and Gus tried to prevent a Basilisk from draining the whole school of magic, which left the students weakened.
- She eventually forgave Amity for her bullying and admitted that her helping Luz restore her memories was a good start to rebuild their past friendship.
- Even though she was upset at Luz for pushing her and Gus to train too hard, she clearly didn't mind it later on.
- She saved Luz from being Boscha's "target", which would have gotten her killed.
- She tried to fight Lilith, knowing that she was no match for her to protect Luz, and warned Eda along with Gus when Luz was kidnapped by the former.
- When Gus allowed her to speak in his father's news report, she motivated a riot against Eda Clawthorne's unfair petrification.
- Kikimora said that many rebels were protesting outside of the castle, implying Willow motivated people to start doubting the emperor and create rebellious activities such as the CATs.
- She helped Gus and Amity save Luz from Odalia.
- She helped take care of Luz when she became sick.
- She formed the Emerald Entrails, who all ended up becoming Hunter's first ever friends.
- While she wasn't aware of his condition, she and the rest of the team forgave Hunter for trying to force them into the Emperor's Coven, being the first ones to trust and support him.
- She defeated many scouts across Hexside and helped Amity defeat the Captain, despite him having an Abomination.
- She, along with Hunter and Gus, helped Luz and King save Amity from her house, and later, fought against Odalia and Kikimora.
- She restrained Belos with plant vines and held him back from killing her friends for the majority of the fight.
- She fought the Belos-possessed Hunter along with her friends.
- She sacrificed her own mental health in order to "support" everyone when they came back to the Boiling Isles, trying so hard to help Hunter in that difficult situation he was going through that she didn't look out for herself, only opening up when Hunter helped her.
- She helped in the fight against Kikimora in her Abomination suit.
- Along with her friends, she saved many inhabitants of the Isles that were turned into puppets with her vines by using glyphs.
- She fondly covered Flapjack's grave with flowers.
- She participated in Luz's Quinceañera, where she said goodbye to the Collector.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- She fails the series' admirable standards to heroes with similar resources such as Luz (before getting Titan powers), King, and Amity. However, she stands out enough for Near Pure Good by standing up for Eda, forming the Emerald Entrails, which played a part in Hunter's redemption, and helping her friends take down obstacles numerous times.
