Fenrir:

Jormungand:

That's right I am doing an double propose so it's my first NPG (and in general) double proposal on the Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross original story Ragnarok: Fate of the Gods since I wanna see more of those original characters on these moral scaling wikis.
I would've done a triple with their sister Hel but while she has minor but they are corruptions are severe to be NPG so only Fenrir and Jormungand are being proposed here.
What's the work?[]
Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross is a mobile game based on the Seven Deadly Sins Manga/Anime series. With original stories and characters of the Seven Catastrophes and Rangarok: Fate of the Gods.
Who are they?[]
Fenrir[]
He is the adoptive Beastman son of Loki (The series take not Marvel Loki lol) as well as the adoptive brother of Jormungand and Hel who was taken in when his biological parents died and went searching out for his adoptive father when he vanished
Jormungand[]
Not much is known other than the fact she is an adoptive daughter of Loki and sister of Fenrir and Hel. She called the Serpent Queller and often mistaken as a evil serpent.
What makes them close to Pure Good?[]
Admirable Standard[]
I am not comparing them to main series characters such as the Seven Deadly Sins nor other main series heroes like the Holy Knights for the following reasons as it would be unfair as they got a lot more screen time than Fenrir and Jormungand since they were created for the original storyline in Grand Cross so it wouldn't seem fair at all. There is also the fact Sins are way more powerful than them so they have more resources than them and it isn't confirmed if it is canon to the main series anyways so to play it safe so I am only comparing them to characters in original storyline for comparison here to give you all an idea of it’s admirable standards.
So because of it I am only using the storyline’s admirable standards and only ones they have to compete like Sigurd and Brunhild but they have higher resources and rely on fridge-brilliance since their most of their acts are offscreen and their best onscreen can't be comparable since a prince/princess of nations with armies at their disposal as their best acts was holding off a bunch of rampaging giants from harming innocents so they did their best acts with a lot more resources than Fenrir and Jormungand while Sigurd's best solo act is defeating an evil dragon his father defeated before who revived as a spirit but it was in a isolated cave so it wasn't endangering any people and it suffers from fridge-brilliance since the dragon suffers from fridge-horror as it did terrorized many people before but not detailed how badly. So they can't be compared to Sigurd and Brunhild.
Fenrir and Jormungand can't be compared Hel and Thor are gods so they are much stronger even in their weakened state as in the story it was stated events of Rangarok approaching made then loose their power but still formidable as they are on par or a bit stronger than the Sins seen in the game's cutscenes so it also mwans Hel and Thor be also stronger than Fenrir and Jormungand.
Megellda too bog-standard or at least just baseline passing to compete as her best acts are helping the Sins with information and guiding strong warrior souls to the afterlife.
Skadi only did baseline passing act of stopping her own kind from attacking innocent humans despite having similar resources to the two.
The Sins like I said earlier are unfair comparisons since they got a ton more screentime and are more powerful than them, Elizabeth and Hawk also had more screen time than those two in the main series plus barley did much aside from few such as healing Brunhild as this story took place before her goddess powers awakened as it was placed in between Return of the Commandments and Dragon’s Judgement so it be unfair. Even then if Elizabeth had her Goddess powers would still be unfair either way.
So they pass and don't fail to each other since while did share some acts they did enough separate admirable acts to stand out while do sin the original storyline's admirable standards and even if confirmed canon again too unfair since the Sins and other characters got more screen time which why I used the original storyline’s admirable standards than the series as a whole. Plus even then their smaller screen time and lower resources than then allows them to stand out. So here is why they pass the original story's admirable standards.
Fenrir[]
He has some average super human abilities and while he gotten bit stronger over the storyline he is still not close to the Sins in strength though but getting there. He is able to take on average beasts though and while he can transform into werewolf since he is a beastman as shown in a trailer but not yet in story though. So he has much lower resources than the Seven Deadly Sins.
He pretty much played major role helping the Sins such as major role in helping Ban find a cure for Melidoas, King and Gowther who was inflicted by an curse from Sigurd's sword helping find a cure when trying to find one and since he is a Beastman allowing him to find the scent for it.
When Sigurd threaten the Sins to hand Fenrir over he willingly gave himself up to save them though Melidoas did stop him since he said Sigurd would've attacked them anyways.
His admirable act was protect protecting the Dvergr dwarf like people from the God of War Tyr who was trying to destroy their forge, Tyr was still an formidable foe even when he and other gods were weakened by the events of Rangarok approaching as they were around the Sins in terms of power or a bit stronger here. Tyr was still formidable and manage to hold him off long enough for the Dvergr to lead him into the forge as an trap but more shockingly Fenrir saved Tyr from death even though the war god refused his mercy.
He isn't an lethal as he doesn't get dirty unless he is forced to that is.
Jormungand[]
She appeared more later than Fenrir so she be able to stand out a bit more since she has slightly less screen time here but she is a bit is more powerful than Fenrir though not strong as the Sins but close though giving her a bit more strength. She has the ability to sense and control Tremors and has a whip at her disposal so she has a bit higher resources than her brother but still less than the Seven Deadly Sins though.
She stopped the world Seperant (Not an actual one just an type of phenom) from causing an massive Earthquake that would've endangered multiple villages by using her ability calm it down with Diane helping amplify it. Though she wasn’t rewarded by it being treated as an scapegoat since humans thought was the villain and Tyr who tried to stop and kill her was the hero stealing her credit so it makes her unawarded by her actions.
She also helped encourage Fenrir to train stronger and improve when he felt like he wasn't good as the Sins.
[]
They both King and Oslo help Pucca save Heika from Frejya sacrificing Heika to substatain her dying brother Freyr and played a major supporting role.
They also played an role in dealing monsters threatening the Dvergr with the Seven Deadly Sins.
Both also had a major role in helping the Sins, Baldr and Hel take on Nidhoggr a giant serpent (different from the world serpent) who was gonna destroy the underworld by destroying the world tree root supporting underworld which would've put many residents the souls who died in life (Who are just see through people btw) in a fate worse than death since before the underworld’s founding souls who died would been in a empty state of nothingness where they all helped drive away the serpent. It isn’t fridge-horror since the inhabitants were all panicking and the underworld shaking so this act isn't fridge brilliance.
Overall[]
Despite the admirable standards and sharing some acts together they don’t fail to each other since they have different abilities and strengths since Fenrir is weaker than his sister a bit. Plus their acts like Fenrir’s role in protecting the Dvergr from Tyr on his own by holding off the war god and even him from death even when he didn't want to be saved and Jormungand’s act of stopping a massive earthquake from endangering many villages allows them to stand out from each other and their major assistance in assisting the Sins like Fenrir help Bab finding an cure for Meliodas and helping stopping Nidhogger from destroying the underworld which would put many in a fate worse than death allows out pass the original story mode admirable standards.
What Prevents them From Being Pure Good?[]
While they don't fail Ragnarok: Fate of the Gods storyline Admirable Standards since they did enough admirable acts to stand out from each other so they don't fail to each other at all. While the Sins, Thor and Hel are unfair comparisons. while other original story characters fail to them or can’t be compared at all due to suffering from fridge-brilliance, having much higher resources like Brunhild and Sigurd or simple baseline passing acts like Skadi and Megellda but they have minor corruptions however.
Fenrir[]
He has minor naïve and reckless moments that put at times such as fighting some opponents stronger than himself or leap before looking that put himself in danger but is an minor prevention since he is only trying to help out much as possible.
Jormungand[]
She is has some minor mischievous moments such as teasingly nickname Fenrir "older brother" since he was adopted first despite looking older than him and Fenrir didn't really like it at first but accepts it making it an minor prevention but shows she can be mischievous.
Verdict[]
Both[]
They did enough acts to pass the original story's admirable standards since the Seven Deadly Sins are unfair comparisons since they got more screen time than them in the main series compared to them and are able to stand out from each othervwhile comparable completion from the original story suffers from offscreen heroism and fridge brilliance like Brunhild and Sigurd who protected their kingdoms, while comparing them to Hel and Thor isn't fair since they are gods and even in a weakened state since it was stated the gods most of their strength but even they are still stronger than them and passes due to their major role in assisting the Seven Deadly Sins in their adventures in Midgard such as defeating monsters terrorizing the Dvergr and stopping Nihogger from destroying the underworld which would put many in a fate worse than death. And their solo acts help even more.
Fenrir[]
Overall his role in helping Ban find a cure for Meliodas' curse placed by Sigurd and taking on Tyr to protect the Dvergr allows him to stand out from his sister and not fail to her but still a bit naïve and reckless but is an minor prevention since he only trying to help out at times.
Jormungand[]
Overall her stopping a massive Earthquake that was endangering multiple villages and her help supporting her brother Fenrir allows her to stand out from him and not fail to him. But has some minor mischievous moments such as teasing that is a bit much to brush off as friendly teasing here.
