His Good Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- He speaks for the trees and protects the forest from any threats to it as well as anyone who tries to cut down any Truffula Trees.
- When The Once-Ler cut down a tree, he had a word with him to leave the forest as a warning, and called The Once-Ler out for almost hitting Pipsqueak with his hammer.
- After intending to calmly float The Once-Ler away, he, and the animals saved him from the rushing river going to the waterfall feeling remorse for doing so.
- He stayed with The Once-Ler in his place, and told him that he was gonna keep his eye on him so he doesn't cut anymore trees down.
- When The Once-Ler's family arrived, and started cutting down the trees, he tried to stop them from destroying the forest, and told The Once-Ler that he broke his promise to him.
- After the forest was destroyed, he and the animals were forced to leave then put the word "unless" on a rock knowing that there was someone who still cared about trees, being Ted Wiggins.
- He congratulated The Once-Ler on bringing the forest back to the way it was saying "you done good beanpole".
- He overall has no corrupting factors.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- His ultimate role in the restoration of the Truffula Tree forest is a bit too indirect to pass the admirable standards, as he had little influence over The Once-ler giving Ted the last Truffula Seed or Ted using said seed to inspire change within Thneedville and revive the forest, meaning he fails the standards to the both of them.
Trivia[]
- He, and The Once-Ler are currently the two heroes from The Lorax to be NPG. Ironically, the two of them were mostly on opposing sides.
