“ | That man won't quit as long as he can still draw a breath. None of my teammates will. Me? I've got a different problem. I feel like I live in a world made of cardboard — always taking constant care not to break something, to break someone. Never allowing myself to lose control, even for a moment, or someone could die. But you can take it, can't you, big man? What we have here is a rare opportunity for me to cut loose and show you just how powerful I really am. | „ |

What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- He refused to help Darkseid save Apokolips and was willing to let it be destroyed, even the people who were going to get killed, but only relented after being convinced by Batman. While Superman was correct that Darkseid always backstabs his allies and the residents of Apokolips may have been indoctrinated to follow Darkseid's extremely heinous cause, as they have shown to be protective of Darkseid no matter how purely evil he is, making them also a dangerous cause to save, it is still too lethal and heinous for Superman to qualify as Pure Good, since this amounts to mass genocide.
Trivia[]
