He was voiced by the late Aldo Ray.
His Good Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- Although he served as Jenner's henchrat, he began feeling doubts about serving him.
- When Jenner planned to kill Nicodemus to take over his leadership, he was against the idea.
- Although he was dismissive of helping the rats and called them "lower creatures", he subverts this by defecting against Jenner and killing him.
- When Jenner ordered him to cut the rope to drop the cinder block Mrs. Brisby's kids were in, he refused to do so, knowing they would die.
- He was remorseful for Nicodemus' death when Jenner killed him.
- When Jenner attacked Mrs. Brisby, Sullivan redeemed himself by warning Justin of Jenner attacking Mrs. Brisby and handed him his sword to help him fight against Jenner and win.
- When Jenner was about to kill Justin from behind, Sullivan sacrificed himself by throwing a dagger at Jenner's back, killing him and saving Justin before dying seconds later from Jenner slashing him.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- He fails the admirable standards to Mrs. Brisby who saved her home and her children from sinking using the amulet's power, Justin who defeated Jenner and took over as leader of the rats, and Nicodemus who lead the rats from NIMH and through the Thorn Valley so they won't be experimented and live responsibly, all with similar resources.
