Shinichi Ozaki is one of the two main protagonist (alongside Godzilla) of Godzilla: Final Wars. He is a mutant and a member of the M-Organization.
He is portrayed by Masahiro Matsuoka.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- Froze Manda using the Gotengo’s maser canon, allowing the ship to shatter it to peaces.
- Dove in front of Miyuki when one of the xiliens were shooting at her.
- Helped Gordon expose the Xilens plans to conquer Earth on live tv
- After defeating Ozaki, he chose to spare him rather than kill him.
- Defeated X, preventing him from committing genocide on humanity
- Focused his Keizer Energy into the Gotengo's Maser cannon and fired it at Godzilla in order to give him a power boost, allowing the King of the monsters to finally defeat Keizer Ghidorah.
- In comparison to Godzilla who was an anti hero and a hero by proxy and Douglass Gordon who was extremely reckless, Shinichi lacks these traits and is easily the most selfless of the three character in the story. While he did attack his friends while he was the ship, at the time he was being controlled by X, so this wasn’t really his fault.
- While Gordon may have orchestrated operation: final war (involving releasing Godzilla from the arctic and guiding him to the monsters so he could defeat them), Shinichi was ultimately the one who defeated X. Additionally, he’s also the one responsible for saving Godzilla and helping him defeat Keizer Ghidorah. This alone I feel makes him be able to stand out in comparison to Gordon.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good[]
- He can be ruthless as shown during his brutal beatdown of X.
