Sailor Chibi Moon is one of the main characters of the Sailor Moon anime series. When she first appears, she turns out to be a child from the XXX century, who went back in time to find Sailor Scouts and ask for help. Later, she returned in order to learn how to be a warrior herself.
She is voiced by Kae Araki in the Japanese version. For the previous English version, she was voiced by Tracy Hoyt for the DIC dub, and Stephanie Beard for the Cloverway dub. For the current English version by VIZ Media, Chibiusa is voiced by Sandy Fox.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- She came to the 20th century to find the Sailor Guardians and ask them for help in dealing with the Black Moon Clan.
- Although Usagi disliked her at first, it was quite justified, and besides, their relationship later became much warmer.
- She also became friends with other Sailor Guardians, and they began to take great care of her.
- She sincerely repented that she had allowed Wiseman to turn her into a villain, and then atoned for all the atrocities she had committed.
- She and Sailor Moon defeated Wiseman, thus preventing his plan for total destruction.
- She returned to the 20th century to learn how to become a Sailor Guardian.
- She saved Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars from a demon who was going to kill them with blows to the head.
- She began helping Sailor Guardians in the fight against Death Busters.
- She became friends with Hotaru Tomoe, thereby giving her what she had long dreamed of - friendship.
- She took part in saving the Earth from the Snow Queen Kaguya.
- She fell in love with Pegasus, and always wanted to protect him from any danger.
- It was thanks to her connection with Pegasus Sailor that the Guards were able to save innocent people from the Dead Moon Circus.
- She saved Pegasus from Queen Nehelenia, and also played a role in defeating her.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- Despite being usually kind and respectful, she is still jerkish or arrogant in some ocasions:
- She still has a somewhat strained relationship with Usagi (despite the fact that they care about each other), and they often quarrel and insult each other.
- There are moments when she is too hostile towards her enemies even when it is not fully justified, such when she yells to a daimon with a childist personality who genuinely wanted to be her friend only because she is from the enemy species. However, the daimons are always dangerous, so is highly understandable.
- She was very much in love with Mamoru, despite the fact that he was much older than her and was also her future biological father, and she knew it very well. It got to the point where she didn't like that he was dating Usagi. Although she later rejected this quality, it was still perverse.
- She is slightly incompetent while fighting against regular enemies, since she is incapable to use "Pink Sugar Heart Attack" in a proper way, helping very little by distracting her opponents, and she usually falls for their tricks, needing the help of Tuxedo Mask or the other Sailor Guardians.

- While her 90's Anime version is Near Pure Good. Her Manga & Crystal versions is Pure Good since that version gotten along with Usagi more and completely subverted her love with Mamoru due to her finding out he is her father much earlier and only did it when she did it when she had moral agency issues as Black Lady, as well she is a more skilled fighter able to fight without causing trouble.
