Ryuko Tatsuma also known as the Dragoon Hero: Ryukyu is a minor character from the television and manga series known as My Hero Academia.
She is the former No. 9 hero and now is the current No. 10 Pro Hero. She is has employed Ochaco Ururaka, Nejire Hado and Tsuyu Asui.
Her Quirk is called Dragon, it gives her the ability to transform into a large western dragon. It grants her different abilities, superhuman strength and durability, powerful jaws and claws, and wings which allow her to fly.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- Praises Nejire and Ochaco for their improvement and taking out two giant villains.
- When they found out the disturbing truth behind the Quirk Destroying Bullets made by Overhaul via Eri’s blood cells, she expresses sadness and shock.
- Participates on finding out where is Eri's whereabouts.
- Assisted in the operation to save Eri, by defeating two Shie Hassaikai members
- Before Rikiya attacks the Police Force, she took them to safety.
- She notices a clone of the League of Villain member Mr. Compress and took him out after he tried to snatch away Eri.
- Sends Ochaco to retrieve the seriously wounded Sir Nighteye to an ambulance.
- Attempted to get to the surface to stop Overhaul from killing Izuku after Overhaul fused with Rikiya.
- Thanks Izuku for his incredible bravery, for fighting Overhaul and saving Eri.
- When asked about her opinion on the position in Top 10 Billboards, she says she does not feel worthy to be in Top 10 since she believes that there are lives that she could not save and promises to strive to be a hero more befitting of the rank.
- Helps search for Humarise trigger bombs to stop Flect Turn’s plans of genocide on Quirk users.
- Using her abilities, she restrained a High-End Nomu which allows Endeavor to finish her off.
- When Shigaraki awoke and begins disintegrating everything in his path, she uses her abilities to carry Eraser Head, Manual, Rock Lock and several other unnamed pro heroes.
- Faces off one on one against a powerful Tomura Shigaraki, with Eraser Head assisting her.
- Prevents Tomura from killing Eraser Head by restraining him and allows Izuku to assist with her.
- While restraining Tomura, she notices that he's holding the Quirk Destroying Bullets and warns the others about them, this allows Eraser Head to react properly when the bullets are shot at him.
- Helps in evacuating the civilians to the UA barrier, before the final clash between heroes and villains.
- She is one of the Pro Heroes who have not retired after huge public backlash.
- She lacks any corrupting qualities.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- Despite not having any corrupting factors, she fails the admirable standards compared to other Pro Heroes, most notably Endeavor and Hawks.
