Robin Buckley is a major character in Stranger Things. She is one of Steve's best friends and co-worker at Starcourt Mall.
She is portrayed by Maya Hawke.

Season 3[]
- After overhearing Dustin and Steve discussing a Russian transmission, she wanted to help them.
- She decoded the Russian transmission and realized there were Russian agents undercover in the mall, afterwards deciding to keep an eye on them alongside Steve and Dustin.
- She guided Erica through the vents using Dustin's supercom.
- She snuck onto Imperial Panda's delivery room with the others trying to find the Russian's motive.
- When the room moved, she tried to persuade the others to leave and take the container to study.
- She and Steve tried to figure out a way to open the elevator doors while Dustin and Erica slept.
- She kept Erica from drinking the green liquid in the container which would save her life as it was later revealed to be a radioactive material.
- She and Steve delayed the Russians so that Dustin and Erica could escape, even though it resulted in their own capture.
- She tells Ozerov and Zharkov how she found and decoded the transmission to keep them from removing one of Steve's fingernails.
- She goes with the Starcourt group to Cerebro so Dustin can help the adults navigate the Russian base.
- She accompanies Steve to go rescue the mall group.
- She and the others throw fireworks at the Mind Flayer's physical body to stop it from killing Eleven.
Season 4[]
- After Dustin and Max tell her and Steve about the Upside Down's return, she manages to track down Eddie by identifying Reefer Rick and his house which allows them to find Eddie before the cops who think he killed Chrissy.
- She helps calm Eddie down and sympathizes over their experiences with the Upside Down.
- She and the others bring Eddie food and supplies while he's hiding in Reefer Rick's house.
- She went with Nancy to the library to investigate Victor Creel, where they would discover Vecna's first murders.
- She and Nancy infiltrated Pennhurst to interview Victor Creel.
- She's the one who managed to get them the time they needed with Victor by giving Dr. Hatch an improvised speech.
- She's the one who realizes that music can break Vecna's curse by recognizing the song Victor hummed and using the knowledge of Hatch's lesson on how music affects the human brain. She later told this to Dustin which would save Max's life.
- She went with the others to the Creel Mansion to find clues on how to stop Vecna.
- She tried to talk to Nancy about her relationship with Jonathan.
- She and the others started searching for a new gate after Dustin explained his compass theory.
- She dived in after Steve when he was pulled down into the lake and went into the Upside Down with the others to save him from being killed by Demobats.
- When Nancy was trapped by Vecna's curse she and the others tried to search for music to help her.
- She and the others made a plan to kill Vecna.
- She went to War Zone to buy weapons with the Hawkins Team and later with Steve, made the Molotov cocktails that would be used to defeat Vecna.
- She and Steve agreed that they had to try everything to save not only themselves, but also all of humanity from annihilation at Vecna/Henry/One's hands.
- She went back to the Upside Down and went directly to the Creel Mansiom with Steve and Nancy.
- She contributed to Vecna's temporary defeat by throwing a second Molotov cocktail at him preventing him from advancing towards them.
- She went to Hawkins High to help deal with the aftermath of the "earthquake".
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- She has several jerkish and snarky moments such as during her time at Scoops Ahoy where she constantly teased Steve over being friends with kids and failing to get a date. While she doesn't do that anymore, she still has a little bit of un-subverted jerkishness left in the fourth season.
