Riyo Chuchi is a minor character in the Star Wars franchise.

She is a Pantorian senator who represented her people during the Clone Wars and also played a decisive role in the peace treaty with the Talzs and the blockade of Pantora.

She was voiced by Jennifer Hale.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?

• While young and quiet, she's a very experienced and brave senator nevertheless.
• At Chairman Chi Cho's request, she let Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi accompany him.
• Refuses to obey Chi Cho when he ordered for all of the Talz to be eliminated, showing that she is a pacifist.
• Became good friends with Anakin's Padawan Ahsoka Tano.
• When there was a blockade in Pantora, she voiced her opposition against the Separatists.
• Accompanied by Ahsoka Tano, they rescue Chairman Papanoida from the Separatists.
• Voiced her concerns over the Enhanced Privacy Invasion Bill.
• When Anakin Skywalker was unconscious, she helps Padme care for him.
• Voted to let the Republic forces invade Scipio so that they can be under Republic control.
• Opposed the Imperial Defense Recruitment Bill and tried to stand up for the clone army, only for Emperor Palpatine to decommission nearly all of them.
• Visited the 79's and offered them a second chance in life, and when they complain about wanting to go back to fighting, she convinces them that someday, they'll be too old to fight and that they can now choose how to live their lives beyond serving as disposable soldiers.
• When Slip discreetly lets her know about Vice Admiral Rampart's part in the destruction of Kamino, despite the serious nature of his accusations, she agrees to investigate the matter and meet up with him later to hear him out further.
• Along with Rex, she recruits the Bad Batch so that they can help them in their investigation for the evidence against Vice Admiral Rampart revealed by Slip.
• Teaches Omega the ways of a senator.
• Successfully convinces Halle Burtoni to help her expose Rampart.
• When the Bad Batch retrieves the evidence on Rampart's star destroyer, she uses it to expose Rampart, which almost prevented the clones from being decommisioned by the Imperial Defense Recruitment Bill before Palpatine stepped in to twist the truth and get it approved anyway.
• She displays no corrupting factors from start to finish, and while she does raise her voice at times, it is only because she is speaking up against the corrupt practices of the Separatists and the Empire.

What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?

• She fails the admirable standards to Bail Organa and Mon Mothma, who did more to help the Galaxy such as forming the rebellion which would eventually overthrow the Empire she was against. However, she still stands out for making peace with the Talz and exposing Vice Admiral Rampart's destruction of Tipoca City, so she doesn't fail them completely.

Trivia

• While she and Ahsoka are friends, she doesn't seem concerned for her in her trial. However, this could be because she was only a background character at the time.
