Pinkie Pie is one of the tritagonists of My Little Pony: Equestria Girls, the spin-off franchise of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
She is the human counterpart of Pinkie Pie, who lives in the human world and is a student in Canterlot High. Despite no longer being friends with the rest of the Mane Six's human counterparts due to the manipulations of Sunset Shimmer, this changes once Princess Twilight Sparkle, from the pony world, comes to the human one, looking for her stolen crown. Pinkie and the others help her retrieve it by becoming Fall Formal Princess, but having to fight against a magic-powered Sunset Shimmer, only to discover they also have the powers of the Elements of Harmony, just like their pony counterparts.
Afterwards, she and the rest of the Humane Six have multiple adventures, alongside Sunset Shimmer and their own universe Twilight Sparkle's counterpart, where they solve problems and have confrontations because of magic leaking onto their world directly from Equestria.
Just like her pony counterpart, she is voiced by Andrea Libman who also voiced EQG Fluttershy.

- She never stopped trying to make parties and make people laugh and be happy, even after she broke ties with her friends.
- She fixed her friendship with her friends after they realized it was a manipulation by Sunset.
- Helped Twilight become Fall Formal Princess and retrieve her crown.
- Helped prove Twilight was unfairly framed and make a big party for everyone in Canterlot High School.
- Never gave up helping Twilight even after the secret of magic is revealed.
- Supported Twilight for standing up to Sunset.
- After Sunset entered her demoness form, Pinkie channeled the Element of Laughter's energy directly from Equestria, as well as the other humans gaining their respective elements, allowing them to defeat Sunset with the Elements of Harmony and freeing Canterlot High from Sunset's mind control.
- Accepted Sunset's redemption after her defeat.
- She and her friends were nice to Sunset and spent the whole second movie trying to prevent her from being seen as the monster she formerly was forever.
- She and the others were against the hostile battle that the Band festival was being turned in by the Dazzlings.

- While she and the others fell in the Sirens's trap and started discussing, it's more because of the Sirens's magic and the situation they were in, so even if they were genuine emotions, they were just a heating up period.

- She was friendly towards Sci-Twi and didn't blame her for hurting her, as it was an accident, unlike Sunset, who lashed out at her, leading to Midnight Sparkle's creation.
- Despite not having her powers, she helped save multiple students from both Canterlot High and Crystal Prep from falling to their deaths in the pony world after Midnight Sparkle started turning both worlds into one.
- After she and her friends discovered that, in Camp Everfree, they had multiple abilities they didn't have before, they used them to help their classmates in their tasks and occasionally to save people.
- She used her magic sparkles to blow exists in Gaia Everfree's plant barrier to allow Canterlot Students to escape.
- Defeated Gaia Everfree and redeemed Gloriosa Daisy, by using the Elements of Harmony in unison once again.
- She helped gather enough money to save Camp Everfree.
- Made amends with the Crystal Prep students and made a music video with them, despite them stealing Rarity's videoclip idea.
- Exposed Juniper Montage as the one behind the multiple sabotages in Darring-do's movie.
- After it was revealed that Sunset was indeed her friend, and that her and everybody's memories had been erased, she teamed up with Sci-Twi and the rest of their friends to defeat Wallflower Blush, and break the Memory Stone, making everybody remember that Sunset had changed.
- She helped the other destroy Vignette's cellphone and also teleporting a whole crowd to a very little room where they could've been harmed/crushed, as well as eventually redeeming her.
- She saved many people from the sinking cruiser along with her friends.
- Felt remorse for ruining Sunset's chance of seeing PostCrush.
- Stopped PostCrush along with Sunset from continuing having everybody trapped in a time loop by destroying the Time Twiler, and making PostCrush see the importance of having fun rather than being perfect all the time.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- She fails the PG standards to the other members of the Humane Six, who did more particularly admirable deeds than her, though this is minor, since the Elements of Harmony only work if all of them are being used, and Pinkie always tries to make people happy and was the only one to try to reconcile Crystal Prep and Canterlot High before the end of the movie, as well as helping save many lives across the franchise.
- She is a little bit incompetent, such as when she caused trouble at the Starswirl music festival, which ruined Sunset's chance of getting to see PostCrush, though it was unintentional, and she felt remorse for it.
