Petra is the deuteragonist of the Minecraft: Story Mode franchise.
She was voiced by Ashley Johnson who also voices Gwen Tennyson from the Ben 10 series and Tulip Olsen in Infinity Train.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- She is shown to be friendly with both Jesse's Gang and the Ocelots (especially Lukas).
- She even gave Lukas a Nether Star.
- She saved Jesse from a spider in the woods.
- She has Jesse make his own steel sword.
- She congrats Jesse on his win, if you choose to have Axel and Olivia stay and save the build.
- She feels sorry for Jesse on his lost, if you choose to have Axel and Olivia come with you to find Reuben.
- She tried to convince Jesse to befriend Lukas.
- She lets Jesse tag along on her deal with Ivor.
- Though she and Jesse tracked down Ivor after finding out that he tricked her, it was completely justified because he scammed her into going to the Nether in order to get the Wither Skull for a Diamond.
- Also, Petra showed great remorse for giving Ivor the Wither Skull later on since it indirectly caused him to create the Wither Storm, even putting the blame on herself instead of Ivor.
- She, Jesse, Axel, Olivia and Lukas discovered Ivor's plot on creating the Wither Storm.
- She, Jesse (determined), Axel and Olivia tried to warn Gabriel about Ivor.
- She decides to stay with Gabriel and fight the Wither Storm and then tells Jesse and Lukas to go through the portal.
- If you choose to save Petra from the Wither Storm, she assists on finding Soren to get the Super TNT/Formidi-Bomb.
- She told Jesse about her Wither Sickness.
- She calls out Jesse for going after the amulet over saving Axel and Reuben, even rightfully pointing out that they could've been killed. (If you choose to go after the Amulet)
- If you choose to save Gabriel from the Wither Storm, she assists on going to the Far Lands to find Ivor's Enchanting Book to make the Weapon to defeat the Wither Storm.
- She helped Jesse on defeating the Wither Storm.
- She comforts Jesse during Reuben's death.
- She went with Jesse to Sky City to find the Eversource.
- She assists Jesse on defeating The Blaze Rods and saving Sky City.
- She was shocked when Lukas said that they should dig a deep hole, burry the Blaze Rods in it, and surround it with lava. Though Lukas did have good reasons.
- She called out Ivor for calling dibs on TorqueDawg's inventory after he died.
- She helps Jesse find out who the White Pumpkin truly is and prove Lukas's innocence to the YouTubers.
- She refuses to let The White Pumpkin do anything bad to Ivor, showing that she cares for him.
- If you unchip Petra, she assists Jesse on defeating PAMA.
- If you unchip Lukas, she feels remorse for trying to kill Jesse, despite PAMA controlling her.
- She helps Jesse defeat Hadrian and Mevia.
- She gets her sword back from Stella.
- She feels remorse for lying to Jesse.
- She and Jesse get Jack's help on finding out about the Gauntlet and finding the Structure Block from the Sea Temple.
- If you save Petra, she distracts Romeo's Prismarine Colossus so Jesse can use the Structure Block.
- If you save Jack instead, Petra doesn’t hold a grudge against Jesse and is just disappointed she lost her enchanted golden sword, something she gets over pretty easily.
- When Jesse found out that she was going on an adventure with Jack, Nurm and "Vos", she explains that she hasn't found her place and found it difficult.
- If you chose to have Petra to go after the clock, she will feel remorse for trying to kill Jesse, despite Romeo making her do it.
- She helps Jesse free Xara so they can escape the Sunshine Institute.
- She was horrified when she saw Xara kill the Warden, despite his actions.
- She feels sorry for what happened to Xara, Fred and Romeo.
- She didn't want to end up like how Romeo ended up.
- She helps Jesse helps defeat Romeo and save the world.
- If you gave Xara her bed, she feels bad for Stella when Romeo blew Champion City up, despite not liking her.
- If you didn't give Xara her bed, she will feel bad for Xara after she died, despite Xara being difficult.
- After Romeo was defeated, she leaves Beacontown cause she knew adventuring was her place.
- If you choose to Stay in Beacontown, although she does seem sad to leave Jesse, she doesn't get mad at Jesse for staying and accepts it.
- If you choose to Leave with Petra, she's very happy to have Jesse accompany her.
- While she is somewhat hostile towards Ivor, her reasons were understandable, as when they first met, Ivor scammed Petra on a diamond and created a monster that nearly destroyed the world. Furthermore, through-out the series, Petra manages to open up to Ivor as she admitted that she missed him while he was gone.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- She has some arrogant and jerkish moments that were never fully subverted like threatening to punch the YouTubers for accusing Lukas of being the White Pumpkin when it was really Cassie, and getting unreasonably angry at Jack when he stayed behind to help Binta and Fred's people.
- She can be a bit careless at times, like when she told Jesse to leave Romeo behind in the Space Time Terminal despite knowing how powerless and helpless he would be if he stays there or when she went into a world all on her own rather than getting input from the group.
