Marill is a major character in the YouTube parody videos by EngineLobo, the Monsterpocket series, being the tritagonist of both the OMega Ruby and Delta Episode.
He is a common Marill used by the Protgaonist, but since he was picked to be used as an HM Slave, and can't learn most HMs, he is constantly mistreated because of his inabilities, though he is also never switched in the team to any other pokémon due to the Protagonist's laziness, and he is still a diligent pokémon in the team regardless.
He is voiced by, like about half of the characters in the skits, by EngineLobo himself.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- He always works hard to become a good and useful pokémon, despite constantly being badly treated by the Protagonist.
- He warns the Protagonist that they still need the seventh badge.
- Though he often fails miserably, he tries to help stop Team Magma's evil plan to dry the world to prove the Earth is flat.
- Helps the Protagonist knock Wallace out in order to get into Sky Pillar. While it can be viewed as assault, he did it on order to get in there and save the world from the asteroid, and did not seem to like doing it, like the Protagonist did.
- When Deoxys turned into a Black Hole and was going to destroy reality, he used the Protagonist's Master Ball, that he refused to, in order to capture it and save the universe/reality.
- He helped the Protagonist and the rest of the party escape from the Galar police, as they were persecuting them just for being "foreign pokémon".
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- Since he only talks by saying his name, he has no enough personality to make up for his deeds, making him insufficiently characterized to be Pure Good.
