Mabel Pines is one of the two main protagonists (alongside her younger twin brother Dipper Pines) of Disney's Gravity Falls franchise. She is a hyperactive, high spirited, and positive young girl who doesn't take life seriously as much as her brother.
She was voiced by Kristen Schaal.

In General[]
- Even though she says Dipper should find it obvious that she's always right 24/7, it can be assumed that she's joking.
- Every time she does something selfish, she's very regretful and is always happy to fix whatever she did.
Season 1[]
- She helped her brother Dipper Pines take down multiple monsters or evil threats of the week, including Gideon.
- She felt bad for trusting the gnomes as her boyfriend and defeated them herself for attacking Dipper.
- She released Several Timez from their manager's grasp.
Season 2[]
- She saved Pacifica from the Lilliputtians despite them being rivals and Pacifica embarrassing her many times.
- In order for Mabel to save her brother, she destroyed her puppet show during the time she was fighting against Bipper, after he taunted her about attempting to save her brother.
- She and Dipper both helped Stan in gaining voter popularity by mind controlling him with Ford’s tie, which while extreme was well-intentioned thanks to Stan’s rude and blunt nature.
- She felt remorseful for unintentionally helping Bill Cipher, which to be fair was entirely none of her fault as she didn’t know what the Rift did or that Blendin was being possessed.
- In spite of Mabel getting angry at Stanford, she forgave him for being untruthful to her.
- She distracted Bill for a good amount of time that was long enough for Stanford and Stanley to figure out a way to fool Bill Cipher into the mind of Stan and finally destroy him.
- She prompts the family to try and help Stanley to see his old memories, kickstarting the Mystery Shack’s crew to all work together to help Stanley regain his memory.
Comics[]
- She told Dipper and Pacifica where to go to escape Mr. Whats-His-Face lair, and told Stanford about their situation with her faceless body, which made him come to Dipper, Pacifica and her own face's rescue.
- She defeated Anti-Mabel, saving her family from her and learning to be less selfish after being lost in MAB-3l dimension, promising Dipper that she wouldn't steal his show as much as she did before, and giving him his own diary, where he can start his own adventures.
The Book of Bill and This Is Not A Website Dot Com[]
- When the Book of Bill reaches Gravity Falls, Mabel helps in sending intimidating messages to convince him to stay away.
- She helps Ford set up precautionary measures around Bill's statue to prevent any accidents, and even performs a eulogy with sock puppets, wishing Bill to redeem himself in the afterlife.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- She has some moments where she behaves mischievously, like her, Dipper and Stan locking Tyler in the shack, quickly going along with Grunkle Stan's suggestion to vandalize Tyler's house after he becomes the new mayor of Gravity Falls, and oftentimes intentionally annoying Dipper.
- While she almost always apologizes if she does something petty, she still has a couple of un-subverted jerkish moments.
