| ~ Liberty to the Junior Patrollers |
Liberty is the deuteragonist of the PAW Patrol film series. She was initially a stray dog until she joined the PAW Patrol to save Adventure City from Mayor Humdinger’s rule.
She is voiced by Marsai Martin.
Her Good Ranking[]
What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- When she realized something wasn’t right about Mayor Humdinger ruling Adventure City, she called the PAW Patrol.
- When the PAW Patrol, specifically Ryder, was having trouble in going to the place where Mayor Humdinger sprayed fireworks in Adventure City due to the traffic, she guided them out and made them reach their location.
- After Chase was missing, she planned out on how to locate where Chase and all the other captured dogs are with Ryder which eventually led to releasing all of them, making her responsible for their freedom.
- Despite calling Delores a “dog that looks like a toilet brush talking trash,” this is justified as Delores was the one who first called Liberty a “scrawny little purse pup.”
- She comforted Chase when he was in jail and wasn’t confident about being a hero.
- Because she “didn’t” get superpowers when all the pups got their crystals, she eventually accepted to watch over the Junior Patrollers under Ryder’s favor and trained them, even though it wasn’t easy training them at first.
- She saved Delores from being squashed by Mega Humdinger, and though she did ultimately throw her into a trash junk, it was unintentional.
- When Victoria Vance electrocuted Chase at a dead end, Liberty, initially not knowing about her elastic superpower, jumped in the way, then she rescued Chase with her new superpower just in time.
- She played a major role in defeating Victoria Vance.
- She and the other PAW Patrol members (except for Skye since she was fighting the meteors that were aiming Adventure City) evacuated the people of Adventure City.
- Despite being somewhat less admirable than Chase, it would be unfair to compare them, since she had much less resources.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- She can be arrogant, calling herself a “Furry GPS” when she was guiding Ryder’s way to the place where Mayor Humdinger sprayed fireworks, calling Marshall a “clumsy pup who shoots fireballs out of his paws” when Chase scared Marshall after getting their new superpowers and calling herself a “purebred show dog with papers” when seeing Chase wasn’t confident about himself. She did, however, immediately realize that Chase was actually unsure about himself on the last one.
- She threatened a man who littered his trash on a train’s floor that she will pick him up herself and throw him into the trash if he doesn’t pick it up, despite this being very likely that she wasn’t actually going to do that.
Trivia[]
- She was initially rejected as NPG because it was thought that she was bog-standard and then was moved to Heroic Benchmark, but after it was revealed that she became the reason that the captured dogs by Mayor Humdinger were freed, she was re-proposed for NPG and was approved.
- She is a light foil to Victoria Vance, who is Near Pure Evil.
