Knife is a major character of the 2011 animated web-series, Inanimate Insanity.

He started off as a jerkish person with no regard for other people but by the second season he redeemed himself and became a better person.

He was voiced by one of the former show writers Justin Chapman. He is now voiced by Liv Smith.

His Good Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]

  • When Yang caused alot of chaos, and refused to turn back into a singular person with Yin, Knife stopped his chaos by force feeding him the potion.
  • He punched Trophy into the elimination portal as revenge for blackmailing him and treating him like a slave.
  • With the rest of his team, he goes on a mission to get a MePhone4 battery to cure him of his sickness.
  • He tells Balloon that he's been wanting to prove himself for so long, and that he can do that by making the final shot.
  • He helps encourage Suitcase to stand up against her abusive alliance members, leading to Nickel's elimination.
  • He aids heavily in recusing Fan from the shimmers by helping build the rocket and making a tower so Lightbulb can give the rocket electricity.
  • He is sent by MePhone4 to go on a mission to stop Steve Cobs alongside Suitcase.
  • He played a crucial role in saving the Light Shimmers, by making a distraction with Suitcase while Toilet and Apple unplugged Me, this would also kill him in the process.
  • When marshmallow is seen about to be deleted, Knife instantly goes to save her from being deleted by throwing her over the line, however sacrificing himself in the process.
  • He subverted most of his corrupting qualities in the end.

What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]

  • Despite subverting most of his corrupting qualities, he still has some arrogant moments, and can still be a jerk at times.

Trivia[]

  • Knife is currently the only Near Pure Good in Inanimate Insanity, and one of the only four Object Show characters to be Near Pure Good so far, along with Liam Plecak, Texty, and Stone.
  • He was originally approved as Inconsistently Admirable due to having too many corrupting qualities. However, upon further inspection, he had subverted most of his corrupting qualities and was proposed and approved here.
  • Knife has won every season of the show, Inanimate Battle, a spin-off where ACTUAL inanimate objects compete.
  • Knife is the first character to ever kill somebody, with him killing Balloon.
