Kiyoharu is a major character in Magical Girl Site. She became a magical girl when she was given a stick by a site admin after her classmates started bullying her after finding out she is a transgender girl when someone leaked her personal info online. The bullying ranges from verbal abuse, to mugging, to physical violence, vandalizing her desk, being publicly humiliated, threats, and harassment. The bullying was so horrible that even her own teacher joined the bullies and began threatening her. Kiyoharu is also a good friend of Kosame Amagai and a key teammate of Aya Asagiri’s group.
She was voiced by Eriko Matsui in the anime adaptation.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- Is shown to care a lot about her mother and have a trusting relationship with her.
- When Kosame is diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and only has 6 months to live decides to stay by her side.
- Even when Kosame suggests using her stick on her bullies decides not to kill them.
- Becomes visibly worried and concerned when noticing that Kosame Amagai is cutting herself again.
- Is very kind and polite when first meeting Aya’s group even going as far as telling Nijimi Anazawa about how much she admires her.
- Although Kiyoharu called Mikari a bitch and said that she really doesn't like her because she taunted her about how she became a magical girl, not only was it mostly justified, but Kiyoharu later subverts this when she tried to save her from Asahi Takiguchi (who was possessed by Kaname Asagiri) and when they couldn’t escape in time Kiyoharu takes a near-fatal blow to the chest for her, which leaves Kiyoharu with a scar on her back and her chest.
- Helps in fighting off the site admins when they come to assassinate the magical girls.
- When they leave the beach, she reads Aya’s mind and realizes that she is conflicted because Kaname (who is Aya’s brother) stole Nijimin’s stick and caught him killing a man with it and scheming on using his stick against the rest of the magical girls but fears that her friends would kill him. So she devises a plan where she would get Asahi to retrieve Nijimin’s stick.
- Although she possesses Asahi with her stick, it was necessary to save Nijimin’s life, retrieve her stick, and buy time for the rest of the magical girls to reposition, furthermore she feels remorse for possessing her.
- When that fails and Kaname possesses Asahi and tries to kill her and Mikari it leads to her taking a near fatal blow for her as previously mentioned.
- When Kaname Asagiri takes the magical girls' hostage, brainwashed Nijimin, and tried to kill all 9 of the magical girls (including Aya, who is his own sister) she used her telepathy to free Nijimin from Kaname’s brainwashing saving all 9 of the magical girls. And while freeing Nijimin leads to her assaulting Kaname with a glass bottle which results in her dying from blood-loss after Kaname slashed her with a stolen Katana, it was not her intention for Nijimin to sacrifice herself and she even tried to stop her from being reckless.
- Helped fighting off the site admins when the site admins attempted to kill the magical girls again.
- Is very distraught when the site admins kill her mom temporarily.
- Goes back in time to save her mom’s life.
- When Aya is unable to talk after witnessing Tsuyuno die and reincarnate as a site admin she uses her stick to read Aya’s mind and speak for her so as to guide the rest of the group.
- Along with Kayo Komura saved the entire multiverse from the king thanks to a loophole within the magical girl site to make matters better if it was not for the two of them the king would have destroyed the multiverse, and recreated it in his own image as planned, not only that but Kayo and Aya would have not succeeded without Kiyoharu.
- Risked her life while fighting the king while also being in agony due to suffering from freeze-burns from being in the earth’s upper atmosphere.
- While Aya Asagiri reset the universe to save everyone, her stick is less powerful, so she has lower resources.
- Abandoned her revenge plan. After her bullies were caught.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- She is way too vengeful to be Pure Good as she wants to use her stick to ruin the lives of her bullies right when they are at the peak of their happiness, however she doesn’t plan on killing them, her vengeance relies on fridge horror, and her bullies are quite evil, so this is a minor prevention. On top of that she abandons her revenge plan when in the new universe her bullies and abusive teacher get into legal trouble. Because they already received comeuppance, meaning she is likely to qualify as Pure Good.
