Kathryn Lynn Katswell, better known as, Kitty Katswell is T.U.F.F.'s number one agent and the deuteragonist of the Nickelodeon animated series titled T.U.F.F. Puppy. She is an expert in combat, weapons, and detective work. There's just one thing she can't seem to do: control the clueless and mischievous personality of Dudley Puppy.
She is voiced by actress Grey DeLisle, who is notable for the voice of many other female cartoon characters.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- She attempts to stop any crime going on in Petropolis from the D.O.O.M agents alongside Dudley Puppy, and at first doesn't succeed in many episodes, but eventually succeeds defeating Verminious Snaptrap from his villainous deeds.
- Cares about her best friend, and partner Dudley Puppy making sure he doesn't unintentionally cause mayhem with his dimwittedness even calling him out on his reckless moments.
- Alongside Dudley Puppy saved Christmas from Verminious Snaptrap and Bird Brain breaking into the North Pole to steal the holiday even beforehand locking them up in prison for causing crime in Petropolis almost to Christmas.
- Stopped her evil twin sister Katty Katswell after being framed by her and put in jail sharing the same resemblance in looks as twins except their personality and morality.
- Will do whatever it takes to make sure Petropolis stays safe from harm, and knew as a kid that she would grow up to fight crime as an adult.
- Loves her future boyfriend Eric.
- In general, she is much more heroic than her partner Dudley Puppy. She is often the leader such as driving the car to get to the scene of the crime.
- In a crossover, she apologized to Danny Phantom when she and Dudley ended up in his lab.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- Can have many jerkish, and arrogant moments on the show, especially if she's been pushed to her limits by Dudley Puppy's reckless actions, although it's pretty understandable why she'd get upset, making it a minor prevention.
