Juvia Lockser is a major supporting protagonist in the Fairy Tail franchise. She is a member of the Fairy Tail guild and a former member of Phantom Lord (specifically being one of the Elemental 4) who specializes in water magic. She's also the love interest of Gray Fullbuster.
She is voiced by Mai Nakahara in the Japanese version of the anime, and by Brina Palencia in the English version.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- While she was initially an antagonist working for Phantom Lord, Juvia redeemed herself and joined Fairy Tail, even suggesting Gajeel do the same after Phantom Lord disbanded.
- Along with the rest of Team Natsu, she ventured to recuse Erza from the Tower of Heaven.
- She befriended Lucy in spite of her initial rivalry with her due to a misunderstanding, even helping her defeat Vidaldus by helping her use Unison Raid.
- During the battle of Fairy Tail, Juvia refused to hurt Cana in any way when she was forced to fight her to the point of sacrificing herself to ensure Cana's safety.
- While fighting Meredy in Tenrou Island, she stopped the latter from killing herself by breaking her own leg and begging her to continue fighting for the one she loves, causing the two to become good friends.
- In Tartaros, she defeated Keyes and freed Gray's father's Silver soul in the process.
- Protecting Laxus from a fire attack when Igneel emerged from Natsu's body.
- Helping to save a town by foiling Avatar's plans of effectively killing 30,000 innocent lives for the sake of getting Zeref's attention.
- In Alvarez, when Gray attempted to sacrifice his own life to save her when the two of them were forced to fight, she used Water-Make: Blood to save him even as she was still bleeding out.
- Showing gratitude towards Wendy when the latter used her healing magic to save her life before going to search for Gray even though she was still injured.
- Helping to seal Acnologia. Specifically, she helped push the ice boats Lyon and Gray made into the middle of the ocean, allowing him to be finally sealed for good.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- After being defeated & redeemed, she is very obsessive towards Gray. For example, whenever someone else forms a bond with him, she immediately starts viewing them as love rivals, and while these scenes are often played for laughs (especially some of her perverted moments treated as mischief), she still becomes a little too selfish and spiteful to qualify as Pure Good.
