Jimmy Z is one of the secondary protagonists of the Wild Kratts.
What makes him Near Pure Good?[]
- He consistently helps the Wild Kratts with piloting and using the teleportation machine.
- He almost always helps in their creature adventures and sometimes participates in them.
- He saved a baby sea otter from a bald eagle while learning to swim.
- Easily his most heroic act, in the recent episode "Fish Out of Water", is realizing his worth to the Wild Kratts after not thinking he mattered as much as everyone else and ending up saving the miniaturized Kratt Brothers from a lizard and finding Chris' lost creature power disk collection.
- He helps in defeating Zach, Donita, Dabio, Gourmand, and Rex.
What prevents him from being Pure Good?[]
- He most likely fails the high admirable standards the Wild Kratts series only having some rescues and really only helping the Wild Kratts.
- He does have a few moments of laziness, like when he was told to look out for Zach, Donita, and Gourmond, only to fall asleep and have Paisley's ship come sailing right past his window. Or, this is an even more severe case, in the "Amazin' Amazon Adventure" special where he is asleep and Zach comments that he can always count on him for that, implying that the villains sometimes take advantage of this.
Trivia[]
- He is the only Wild Kratts character, and so far the only PBS Kids character to be Near Pure Good.
