His Good Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- He helped save magical creatures from the HuntSman and other threats.
- He helped save Rose by wishing she was never taken by the Huntsclan because if he didn't then she would have been destroyed with the other members.
- Defeated threats like the Gorgon Sisters, the Kelpie, a demon Krylock, evil shark people, and the wizard Eli Excelsior Pandarus from taking over the world.
- He saves even a mystic beetle (which has the power to bring dead stuff back to life) from the Huntsman.
- He rejected to help The Dark Dragon rule the world.
- He defeated the Dark Dragon and help saved his rival Fred Nerk (another dragon) from getting killed.
- While he did get mad at Fu for ditching him in the sewers and playing cards with other magical creatures, this was because Fu occasionally ditch him for a month for small reasons. Plus, Jake was patient throughout the month, but Fu kept letting him down.
- Saved the dragon council from being killed by the Huntsclan despite not having his dragon powers.
- He saved his evil teacher Rotwood from being killed, despite Rotwood making his life miserable and trying to fail him so he can become a great professor again.
- He helped defeat The Hunstman and the Hunstclan.
- Help Rose/Huntsgirl see the error of her ways and help him defeat the Huntsman.
- Saved Rose again when he wishes she wasn't taken into the Huntsclan. If he didn't then Rose would be destroyed along with the Huntsclan.
- While he did ditch (and pass) his dragon responsibilities to his little sister Haley, this was to briefly have some time off to be a regular kid that he missed, which his grandfather forbade him to do after Jake ask (forcing Jake's hand) and to intently teach his little sister what he goes through every day.
- He was willing to save his grandfather from the Dark Dragon.
- He again rejected the Dark Dragon's offer of joining him ruling the world and switch his mind control potion with a shapeshifting potion.
- He was willing to save Rose, as he saved her from being stuck in an alternate dimension. If he didn’t then she would be trapped forever with the Dark Dragon.
- He accepted his father knowing about him being a dragon and his family were born in a magical world.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Good?[]
- He is sometimes arrogant and vain which makes him a little cocky, slightly rebellious, mischievous, and often shirks his responsibilities. However, these factors seem to somewhat shred later on as he matured throughout the series, but this flaw remained at minimum.
