An orphan, huh? Buddy, sometimes I wish I was an orphan. This Richmond last name stiiiinks.
~ Izzy to Fletcher.

Isabella "Izzy" Richmond is a character from the LEGO Nexo Knights franchise, serving as the deuteragonist of The Forbidden Power book and an episodic character in the Nexo Knights TV series. She is the younger sister of one of the Nexo Knights, Lance Richmond, and a freshman at the Knights' Academy who doesn't think high of her family background and social status.

She was voiced by Caitlyn Bairstow.

Her Good Ranking[]

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]

  • Unlike the rest of her family, she isn't snobbish about her wealth and lacks her brother's egotism.
  • She was the first person in the Knights' Academy who was genuinely nice to Fletcher Bowman and always supported him.
  • Though she states once that sometimes she wishes she was an orphan, it's unlikely that she actually means wishing death on her parents by that, as she doesn't seem to resent them.
  • She suggested that she and Fletcher follow the latter's feeling to discover what it may lead them to, even if it could cost them their victory in the field-quest.
  • She protected Fletch from Ethan Zilgo when the latter started bullying him.
  • When Bowman was losing to Zilgo at the Combatition, Izzy chose to upload the Forbidden Power to her friend to give him a boost in power. Though this was cheating, and ultimately caused a blackout at the academy, she only did this because she couldn't bear to watch Fletch get beaten up, and she was unaware of the power's danger.
  • She and Fletcher felt remorse for putting everyone in the academy in danger with their actions, and decided to remove the Forbidden Power before it could cause any more trouble.
  • When Fletch decided to leave the academy, Izzy convinced him to stay and stop Baron von Bludgeonous from turning Knighton into a kingdom of the undead.
  • She and the Rogul of Vicious Voltage followed Fletcher on his quest, saving him from Bludgeonous' minions a number of times.
  • She used Ned Knightly's Silver Sword of Silverness to distract Bludgeonous in a crucial moment, allowing Fletcher to save the kingdom from the baron.
  • It's heavily implied that she was among the Knights' Academy students defending the capital from Stone Monsters in the Season 3 finale.
  • She and a number of other Knights' Academy students defended the Nexo Knights' mobile fortress from an assault by Jestro and Stone Monsters.
  • When Monstrox was about to attack the capital city, she was seen among the warriors preparing to defend it.

What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]

  • She has a few arrogant moments, notably dismissing Fletcher's concerns about grabbing an inanimate Rogul, which got her electrocuted, and suggesting that the two of them would be made knights on spot for delivering the Forbidden Power to the principal, showing that she can overestimate her skills.
  • She also has a few jerkish moments which she doesn't fully subvert, such as:
    • Acting hostile towards Ethan Zilgo even when he doesn't to anything bad to anyone, or overreacting when he does, most notably threatening him to keep quiet about the confrontation in the Hall of Knights unless he wants Fletcher's Rogul to invade his dorm.
    • Saying that the Rogul has a bad judge of character for liking Fletch more than her.
    • Calling the kids fawning over Ethan "duds", even if not to their faces, just in a conversation with Fletcher.
