Holley Shiftwell is one of the two deuteragonists (alongside Lightning McQueen) in Pixar’s 12th full-length animated feature film Cars 2.
She is a secret agent who works with Finn McMissile so they can stop the Lemon cars from killing other cars and destroying the World Grand Prix.
She was voiced by Emily Mortimer.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- Although she was initially reluctant to get her hands dirty in regards to Finn's plans due to simply being a field agent, she ended up putting that aside for the greater good.
- Despite most of her deeds being under Finn's orders, it was her idea to get Mater to disguise himself so they can spy on the Lemons. She manages to trick Ivan so Mater can disguise as him.
- She accepted Mater for who he was when she found out he was not a spy.
- She saved Mater and McQueen from being killed by Grem and Acer after they drove off the racetrack.
- She showed concern to Mater as he was attempting to expose Sir Miles Axlerod as the mastermind of the Lemons.
- She was ultimately one of the biggest contributors to saving the racers who took part in the World Grand Prix from the Lemons’ scheme.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- She can be lethal at times, as when she captures somebody, she has a bad habit of tasering them. She seemed to particularly enjoy stunning Professor Zündapp when Finn captured him.
- She acted jerkishly during Finn's meeting with Tomber, referring to them both as old.
