Goofy is one of the main characters of the Mickey Mouse franchise.
He is a clumsy anthropomorphic dog, who is friends with Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck and the rest of the gang. He constantly lives adventures with them, either everyday ones, or police thrillers, where he solves mysteries and arrest criminals as Mickey's sidekick. He is also the alter-ego of Super Goof, a super powerful superhero that he becomes when he eats a "super peanut" of his peanut crop.
He was voiced by the late Pinto Colvig (1932-1938, 1944-1967), the late George Johnson (1939-1943), the late Hal Smith (1967-1983, 1986-1987), and currently voiced by Bill Farmer since 1987, who also voiced Hop Pop Plantar in Amphibia.

He even tried redeeming him, though to no avail.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- Being super clumsy means he qualifies as Minor Incompetent. Since his silliness and stupidity are two of the biggest sources for his many blunders and his bumbling behavior often causes tons of problems around him in a chaotic fashion (destructively oftentimes), even bigger ones when it happens while has Super Goof's strength, though they're not intentional and he always does his best to fix most of his mistakes despite his rampant incompetence.
- He can sometimes be wrathful, petty and jerkish to others, though this is quite rare, thus making it a minor prevention.
- In A Goofy Movie, there was one moment during the Eye-to-Eye dance where Goofy provided a rather mischievous moment.
- Goofy acted a tad bit perverted when he (mistakenly) opened up a room where a fat lady was changing her clothes and she yelled in terror when this happened, what made it weirder is that Goofy was twirling his ears with one hand and pulls down his snout with another hand while making smiling awkwardly and lowering his eyes upwards in the manner that a pervert does, which resulted in the lady punching him out of the room and making him trip over some wires.
