Goliath is the main protagonist of the Disney animated series Gargoyles. He's the leader of the Manhattan clan and was the leader of the Wyvern clan in 10th century Scotland.
He was voiced by Keith David.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- He lead the Wyvern clan to defend the Castle of Wyvern from the Vikings.
- He was the one Hudson had as his second in command.
- Unlike Demona, he showed no resent towards the humans at Castle of Wyvern due to their prejudice inspite of the Gargoyles protecting them.
- He saves the captured refugees of Wyvern from being enslaved by Hakon.
- When Magus cast his spell to have the rest of the clan be stone at night. He asks that he does the same to himself.
- He leads the Manhattan Clan to regularly defend the City of New York by stopping criminals, Burglars, robbers, muggers, etc.
- He saved Elisa Maza from falling off the Castle twice and made her an ally to the clan.
- He Helped Xanatos reverse Demona's spell on the humans who were turned into stone, and stopped Elisa and Owen from falling to their deaths while they were stone while Demona and Macbeth were fighting.
- He forgave and never held anything against Talon and invited him to join his clan inspite of Talon blaming and attacking him for him being genetically modified to a gargoyle.
- He defeated The Archmage and saved the Avalon clan while he kept the eye of Odin safe where it'll never end up in the wrong hands again.
- Although he became corrupted by the power of Odin, he subverted it once he saw he was putting Angela in danger, and saves her.
- He urged and threw the Papyrus to the Emir so he can take back the power of Anubis from Jackal, who was going to destroy all life, all while he was severely aged.
- He and Dingo stop the Matrix from destroying the world.
- When Demona was going to wipe out all intelligent life on the planet with the CV CARRIER VIRUS except the gargoyles via the praying Gargoyle, he defeated her and saved all life on the planet once again by destroying the Praying Gargoyle (willing to risk his own and his kind's lives to save the humans) and daring her to throw the Virus vial, and catches it while she does.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- He has a very bad temper at times and can be lethal and vengeful. However, most of it (if not all of it) is somewhat justified, as it is a reaction to misjustice, manipulation or when someone tries to hurt or kill his friends and loved ones, making this a minor prevention.
