Eve Baird is one of the protagonists of the series The Librarians. She is a former NATO counter-terrorism agent and the new Guardian of Flynn Carsen and the other Librarians.

She is portrayed by Rebecca Romijn.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]

In General[]

  • At first, she treated the other Librarians like soldiers, but later she came to see them as true friends, and she came to cherish them greatly.
  • Throughout the series, she and the other Librarians performed various heroic acts and defeated many villains.

Season 1[]

  • She and the other Librarians began to fight the Serpent Brotherhood.
  • She began a romantic relationship with Flynn Carsen.
  • Even though she initially hated Christmas, she still saved Santa from danger, and when he was unable to do good on Christmas Eve, she agreed to do it for him and bring joy to the world.
  • She played an important role in defeating the Serpent Brotherhood.

Season 2[]

  • She and Flynn played an important role in defeating the evil sorcerer Prospero, thus preventing his plan to take over the world.

Season 3[]

  • It was thanks to her and Flynn's plan that they managed to lure the evil god Apophis into a trap, defeating him and thwarting his plan to unleash Pure Evil upon the world.
  • She and the other Librarians prevented Flynn from sacrificing his life.
  • She didn't betray the Library to her superiors when she had the opportunity.

Season 4[]

  • She was one of those who decided to stay in the Library from the beginning and not leave it.
  • She trusted Nicole Noon (Flynn's first Guardian) because she did not believe in her malevolence.
  • Nicole later killed Jenkins (one of the Library's Guardians) and distorted reality, leading to the Library's erasure from reality and the onset of a terrifying dystopia. But Eve, who still remembered her existence, met and convinced all the Librarians to join her, and they were able to restore the original reality and revive Jenkins.
  • She and Flynn remained together and became the immortal Guardians of the Library.

What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]

  • Sometimes she's too mischievous, like when she hit and laughed at Jacob during their training session, even though he asked her not to.
