Dr. Ivo Robotnik, formerly known as Dr. Ovi Kintobor, and better known as Dr. Eggman, is one of the three protagonists (alongside Knuckles the Echidna and Sally Acorn) of the Sonic.exe: The Spirits of Hell series.
His Good Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- He tries to stop Exeller repeatedly from corrupting the whole universe and try to free Sonic from him.
- Despite his original counterpart who has too many corrupting qualities, Eggman willingly redeemed himself and help Miles and his friends stopping Exeller. He also saved Cream from brainwashed Amy, demonized Tails and Knuckles from killing her, even if it gains nothing for him.
- As shown in most routes, he cares for Tails and his friends despite being their arch-nemesis.
- While the bad ending is canon where he does nothing heroic, it doesn't affect his status as all routes seems to be canon with him stopping Exeller in many of those routes, thus wouldn't prevent his status.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- Despite redeeming himself, he is still somewhat jerkish and arrogant, especially towards Tails. However, this is a minor prevention as he was shown to be much more caring to them, which overshadows it as he becomes less jerkish and arrogant, while becoming much more protective.
Trivia[]
- This is the only version of Dr. Eggman to be Near Pure Good and the most admirable version of him.
- Ironically, this version of Eggman is Near Pure Good, while his original counterpart is Near Pure Evil.
