Dong Dong is the titular main protagonist of the 2009 Chinese indie fighting game Dong Dong Never Die.

He was portrayed by Wang Dong.

In the future, Dong Dong would lead a human resistance against the Skynet's human extinction plan after the world governments defeated by the Skynet. Dong Dong would not only lead the human resistance, but also eventually won the war against the Skynet, forcing the Skynet sent Sheng Hua Nan back to the past (2009) before the Skynet's defeat in the future in an attempt to kill Dong Dong in the past (2009).
Dong Dong managed to break the "time-space illusion" created by Sheng Hua Nan.
If the player does not play as Dong Dong nor Sheng Hua Nan, Dong Dong will be lured to burst his evil spirit and controlled the Violent Dong Dong, but Dong Dong will break out Sheng Hua Nan's control after Violent Dong Dong is defeated. If the player plays as Dong Dong, Dong Dong will not be lured to burst his evil spirit. Regardless, Dong Dong will arrive at Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center to stop Sheng Hua Nan's plan to extract kidnapped fighters' DNA to create Terminator robots, and will ask for the player's help if the player is does not play as Dong Dong nor Sheng Hua Nan.
After Sheng Hua Nan is defeated and activated its self-destruction in an attempt to kill all the fighters present, Terminator sent to help Dong Dong attempted to stop Sheng Hua Nan but was impaled. Dong Dong kicked both Sheng Hua Nan and the impaled Terminator away seconds before the explosion could affect all the fighters present.

Dong Dong has shown somewhat frivolous attitude, though it is a minor prevention since it could be justified as necessary to successfully complete his undercover mission.
