Dingo is a major character in Gargoyles. Initially a mercenary, member of The Pack, and often an enemy of the Gargoyles, being hired by David Xanatos to combat them. However, he eventually redeems himself, and becomes an ally of the Gargoyles, helping them save the world.
He was voiced by long-time Disney voice actor, Jim Cummings, who also voiced Darkwing Duck.
His Good Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- Even as a villain he respected his comrades and was honorable.
- He was the most reasonable of the villains, not manipulating himself via upgrade.
- He was the only member of the Pack to be genuinely grateful to the Coyote.
- He became so disgusted with the Pack's crimes that he left.
- He helps Goliath save the world from the Matrix.
- He managed to convince the Matrix to redeem himself as well and help him and the Gargoyles.
- He has less resources than most characters, so he doesn't fail the standards at all.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- He is insufficiently characterized, as we see way too little of him post-redemption, with how much he changed from how he used to be not being clear.
- He is kind of a cynical jerk even after his redemption.
