David is an overarching protagonist of the 2023 YouTube Poop YTP Christmas Special: Psycho Boogie Returns! made by RobotnikZentric. He is a roommate of Boogie who has been regularly tortured on a daily basis by Boogie for the last 5 years, and David plotted his plans of revenge ever since the start of December 2023 for all of the scapegoating he has been involved in.
He endured all 5 years of torture by Boogie and was also tolerant of his behavior in the past. Where the constant abuse he received from Boogie, was inherently a valid reason for him to become a prankster with some resentment towards Boogie and was centered on making Boogie become less sadistic towards him and other people Boogie had tortured.
He is a homage to David from the boogie2988 videos.
He was portrayed (through archived recordings) by Jacob (the Twitch streamer of Big_breakfast.)

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- He became a prankster towards Boogie with a pacifistic goal with getting Boogie to learn to be less sadistic, which justifies his mischievous/vengeful qualities listed below and make his revenge pranks to be lucid and understandable in the long run.
- On Christmas day, he went to check up on Boogie to make sure he was doing okay after Boogie got shot by a sniper that saved Jesse's life from Boogie, and Boogie was seen recovering on his bed, which means David is genuinely sympathetic to a hothead like Boogie.
- Even though he was a little inquisitive at first, he still shows kindness and consideration towards Boogie's snappy and dismissive behavior when he told David to leave the bedroom, even before David started pranking him. Which again, makes David a nevertheless sympathetic friend of a villain.
- He arranged a Christmas surprise for Boogie because of hearing how "rough" Boogie's life was in 2023, which he did selflessly before David even started pranking Boogie (which got Boogie to genuinely appreciate him for the first time ever).
- He turned off the fireplace to prevent Boogie from burning down the house they live in.
- He (stealthily) used relatively harmless pranks to reprimand Boogie for his unpleasant behavior and to also advise him making healthier decisions for himself, such as getting Boogie to drink a cup of soy milk and take a bite of salted cookies, a bag of oranges and apples to advise him to eat healthier and to eat less junk food that Boogie usually consumes, a explosive bag of paper wrap, a bag of toilet paper and a toilet lid to ridicule him for breaking the last toilet seat, and a bag of trash for eating like trash.
- He only pranked Boogie for all of the trouble Boogie had caused beforehand, and making him receive karma for his abusive behavior and teaching him a lesson to reprimand him for his immoral actions without getting too lethal or too cruel with the retribution.
- In his meltdown, despite Boogie berating him, David made a demonstration of how Boogie acts to get Boogie to reflect on his own obnoxious/unruly behavior with throwing a violent tantrum, point out what's wrong with him, and he also reprimands Boogie for how abusive he’s been towards him for years. David also describes in detail how Boogie's destructive behavior was torture for David, and simply wanted Boogie to know what it feels like, to deal with a tantrum given every single day of his life.
- He was what got Boogie to redeem himself as a villainous control freak. He (essentially) acts as a mentor who tells Boogie show within his own actions that he’s genuinely sorry for the many crimes he committed in the past instead of using just words or making flimsy excuses to do so.
- He gets Boogie to think straight for the first time ever and have him prove to David that Boogie is gonna be a better person in general, which makes David a moralistic voice of reason.
- He threw objects at Boogie to imitate him; which was to demonstrate Boogie's loutish behavior was a solid reason for David to behave this resentfully when he argued with Boogie about his behavior, and he makes this fully clear to Boogie.
- Even though he bluntly said he doesn't care about what Boogie wants before telling him how he feels dealing with Boogie and said how Boogie's apology was insincere before Boogie gave him a gift, this is valid since he did this to begin slowly opening Boogie's eyes and see things from a different perspective before explaining how he feels to him.
- He accepted Boogie's redemption once Boogie gave him a gift, and David was willing to help Boogie clean up the mess that Boogie and David both made in the living room (mainly Boogie's). Which means he also managed to befriend Boogie as well.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- He can be a bit of a jerk towards Boogie sometimes, even during David's mischievous behavior:
- He was somewhat flippant during his mischief and derision, like when David gave Boogie a toilet lid to make a direct jab about how his "fat ass" broke the last one, which made Boogie angered even more at David for making fat jokes at his expense on Christmas, or when David gave him an explosive smoke bag of Christmas wrap that explodes in Boogie's face and reveals that the paper wrap in the bag was what David got from a Christmas party he went to without inviting Boogie (on purpose), which made Boogie consider him a "monster" and asking him why was he an "assh*le".
