Cornelia Hale is one of the main characters of the animated series W.I.T.C.H. She is one of the five new Guardians. Her element is the earth.
In the English dub of the cartoon, she was voiced by Christel Khalil.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
In General[]
- Despite her difficult nature, she is actually quite kind, which she showed. She also becomes much less arrogant and selfish throughout the series.
- She cares a lot about her friends, as well as about Caleb, whom she has fallen in love with. And although at first she did not want to save Will, by the end of the series she took a liking to her and began to respect her no less than Irma, Hay Lin and Taranee.
- She is one of the strongest Guardians, and even more competent than Will in certain ways.
Season 1[]
- She became one of the Guardians of the Veil, and made it her mission to protect the world from various evil forces.
- She, along with Irma, Taranee and Hay Lin, rescued Will when she was captured by Prince Phobos.
- Trying to keep Elyon from putting herself in danger by attempting to warn her, only stopping when Will forbade her to do it.
- Together with the other Guardians, she helped Vathek find the key to absolve him of the blame for Caleb's release.
- Although she and the other Guards beat up Dean Collins, the history teacher, they did it because they thought he was Cedric, and then felt remorse for it.
- She and the other Guardians defeated the Hunter when he made his way into the human world.
- She and the other Guardians decided to buy Blank so that he wouldn't stink.
- Although she initially accused Will of endangering Elyon, she still came to her and the other guardians' aid to fight a giant slug.
- She reconciled with Will afterwards, telling her that she is her friend and she would never leave her friends.
- Reminding Elyon of the good times she had in her world to try and convince her to return, albeit unsuccessfully.
- Along with the rest of W.I.T.C.H., she defeated Phobos, saved Elyon from him, and stopped his tyrannical rule in Meridian.
Season 2[]
- While she did enter in a brief conflict with Caleb, it was he chose to serve in Meridian and not her in spite of the fact that she was in love with him.
- Having gained the strength of all five Guardians, she saved the entire Fortress from Nerissa's accomplices, and also protected her exhausted friends, showing that she cares about them more than her arrogance.
- Rejecting Nerissa's offer to steal the other guardians' powers and serve her.
- Comforting Hay Lin when the latter was crying by reassuring her that her grandmother did not really betray her.
- Together with the other Guardians, she managed to bring back all the old Guardians whom Nerissa had brainwashed.
- Helping to defeat Nerissa, thus saving the universe from falling under her control.
- Defeating Lord Cedric who was planning to enslave the universe.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- Although she has become much less arrogant and selfish, she still has vain and jerkish traits that have not been completely rejected. As she takes great pride in her appearance, has a rough relationship with her younger sister Lillian because of her jerkish tendencies, and even called Hay Lin's grandma "crazy" when she told them about their magical abilities.
