Chuck is a major character in the Angry Birds movie duology.
He is a yellow bird with super speed, who got in Matilda's classroom to get over his issues, where he met Red and Bomb, who would serve as a protagonist alongside him, two adventures against the Pigs and the Eagles, to save the eggs of the birds and the Islands from destruction, respectively. He is overprotective over his sister, and hyperactive.
He was voiced by Josh Gad.
His Good Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- Despite being hyperactive and a troublemaker, he never does anything too far beyond harmless mischief or breaking some laws.
- He cares for his friends, and treats them fairly.
- He supported Red in trying to prove the Pigs were up to something and was on his side.
- He (alongside Bomb) helped Red recruit Mighty Eagle to help against Mudbeard and his crew.
- He went to Pig Island to rescue all of the eggs, contributing to preventing a mass infanticide, along with the rest of the birds.
- He helped a lot in infiltrating the castle by using his super speed to boost himself while being thrown towards the castle, thus doing a lot of damage.
- He fought some Pigs by pranking them and distracting them with Chuck's trickery skills so Red could get to Leonard.
- He helped his sister, Red, Leonard and some others save Pig and Bird Island from Zeta's plans.
- He infiltrated along with the others in Zeta's base by using a mascot bird suit to get past the security, all while making an attempt to destroy her machine from destroying the world.
- He has also shown to care a lot about his sister in the second film.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- He can be a bit arrogant and a jerk sometimes.
- He threatened Red that he would "break all of the bones in his body" if he ever showed signs of liking his sister, Silver too much, showing that he is overprotective and lethal to an extent as he was going to give Red a disproportionated retribution over something incredibly minor.
- He acts mischievous to a cop by using super speed to mess him and then purposely spills ice cream on him, he even admits it may not be ice cream.
- He also acted like an arrogant jerk towards Red when he came to class late. Chuck even performs awkward poses as examples for his yoga postures just to spite him, eventually grossing out Red when Chuck did "downward duck".
- He can be pretty mischievous since he goes against the law oftentimes with his super speed.
- The avian mascot hoax he made in the second film was almost fallible and nearly got himself caught. Where there were some clumsy and incompetent moments in trying to blend in as a mascot in the restroom and making everyone in the costume sliding around the restroom when the plan was to pretend the mascot was simply urinating, which makes Chuck a bit incompetent in this moment. However, he and the group got away with the hoax and was able to get past the guard in the same restroom with him, making this a minor prevention.
