Near Pure Goods who have been a bit too lethal to qualify as righteous killers. Given the circumstances, they may sometimes kill when it isn't necessary to do so or when it is questionable at best.

Their heroic opposites are those who show mercy and/or are pacifists (although they can be one of them rarely), and their evil counterparts are Homicidal Near Pure Evils

NOTE: This Category is not to be confused with Righteous Killers. Typically, Minor Lethal heroes kill when it's not needed, even when the villain isn't attacking anyone whereas righteous killers kill those when necessary such as to protect someone and defend themselves from death. These two categories are not mutually exclusive as in some cases, Near Pure Goods can still fall under both categories, if it's the case of them being Vigilantes that often kill to defend themselves and someone else in some cases but they still kill others that wasn't attacking them in other cases (e.g. Obi-Wan Kenobi, Goku, Eddie Riggs, Cassie Cage, Erron Beaudoin, Spider-Man, Harry Potter and Joebotnik McCricket).

This also includes Near Pure Goods who don't actually kill someone, yet have the potential to do so and are shown needlessly or brutally attacking or torturing someone (e.g Mr. Wolf, Lapis Lazuli, Ann Takamaki).
