Minor Incompetent are Near Pure Goods who, despite accomplishing enough noble deeds to pass the Admirable Standard, can sometimes foil their own plots or cause problems due to having a flaw like stupidity, arrogance, poor planning, cowardice, or weak willpower.

On the other hand, because they tend to lean on the more admirable side, their incompetence occurs just a few times (sometimes for comedic relief).
