While most Near Pure Goods are given ample amount of time to shine in their works, some of them are given little to no characterization, making them too enigmatic for PG. Unlike Vanilla Characters, they are shown to have a clear moral agency and a defined motive.

NOTE: In order to qualify for this wiki, a character must have some implication of a moral agency and motive. This is mainly achieved by being a human (Regulus Black, Pedro Madrigal, Waylon Smithers, Sr, Gordon Freeman). Non-human entities are able to qualify here, but only if the narrative makes it clear that they have human-level intellect (The Cat, Sisu's Siblings, Moonlight Boy), or if they show some semblance of a personality. If a non-human entity doesn't have any personality, then they aren't going on this wiki.
