Her Good Ranking[]

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]

In General[]

  • Although she started out as an anti-heroine who only wanted to become a famous singer and only used everyone for this, over time she lost these qualities, and became much more loyal to people and to her friends.
  • Although she committed several questionable acts, she eventually sincerely repented of almost all of them and redeemed them, and besides, all these actions were not fully villainous, but only mischievous and selfish.
  • Despite the fact that she is an ordinary maid (and not as smart and manipulative as Marisol), this does not prevent her from effectively confronting criminals and participating in their exposure.
  • She genuinely cares about her daughter Danielle, and although she gave her to her cousin to be raised, she did it because she considered herself not a very good mother to her.

Season 1[]

  • Although she initially started working for pop singer Alejandro just to become a famous singer, over time she became attached to him.
  • Although at first she did not have a very good relationship with Odessa, over time she became friends and showed sympathy for her, and even demanded that Alejandro pay for her cancer treatment, even threatening to resign if he refused.
  • She tried to convince Alejandro not to leave Sam, so as not to spoil their relationship.
  • She tried to convince Alejandro to accept his orientation for what it is.
  • She took part in exposing the criminal Philippe Delatour in the murder of the maid Flora.

Season 2[]

  • Over time, she sincerely fell in love with Alejandro, and when he was killed by a gang of robbers, she was sincerely saddened by his death. She even abandoned her idea of showing off her singing talent at his funeral, and instead said he was a good man.
  • After Alejandro's death, she was going to work for Spence Westmore, but she didn't do it for her friend Rosie.
  • When she found out how mentally deranged Ty's boyfriend was, she called the police to stop his party.
  • She helped Spence Westmore get into rehab.
  • She helped Marisol find the letter during the investigation of the Nicholas Deering case.

Season 3[]

  • Although she dated a married man, Sebastian Dussault (not knowing at the time that he was a murderer), after his wife Jacqueline taught Carmen a lesson, the latter sincerely repented of this, and even thought that she should not have met Sebastian.
  • When Sebastian tied up Marisol, Carmen, Evelyn and Adrian, and was about to burn them all, Carmen distracted him until Marisol got out and stunned him. Then they released everyone and let the police arrest Sebastian.

Season 4[]

  • When she met her daughter Daniela, who had arrived, she was in no hurry to tell her that she was her biological mother.
  • Although she was rude and insulted Frances when she scolded Daniela for soiling her clothes, she was only protecting Daniela from this Frances's insults, and besides, she later told Daniela that she had actually done wrong and scolded her for it.
  • She scolded Zoila for sucking up to rich people, and even fired Carmen in front of everyone, even though she was her friend.
  • She saved Daniela from being raped by Hugh Metzger, after which they become close again.
  • She took part in exposing Peri's killer.

What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]

  • Even after her redemption, she still sometimes acts like an arrogant jerk, for example, when she bragged to a young dancer about her dancing talents or when she insulted Frances and refused to apologize to her, although she later admitted that Frances was right about Daniela.
