Steve Rogers, better known as Captain America, is the main protagonist of the direct-to-video film of the same name, based on the homonymous comic book character by Marvel Comics. He is an American super soldier who volunteered to an experiment that would give him superhuman strength and capabilities, to help him defeat the Nazi Party, specifically its especial division, HYDRA, and its leader, Red Skull.
He was portrayed by Matt Salinger.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- He volunteered himself to be tested with the super soldier serum.
- He fought the Nazis in an attempt to stop the War.
- He saved the residents of the White House, including the president and future president of the U.S., even if that made him be frozen.
- He tired to fight the geologists thinking they were Nazis.
- While he stole one man's truck, it was because he thought he was a Nazi spy.
- Saved the President of the U.S. from falling to his death.
- Prevented Red Skull from causing an explosion that would destroy the entirety of Europe, saving millions from him.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- While it was partially justified, he seems to have a criminal tendency with stealing other people's cars/vehicles for his own use.
- He has his moments of being a jerk.
