Bruce Wayne is one of the deuteragonists of the live action TV series Gotham. He is based on Batman from DC Comics.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- Initially Bruce has a lot of corrupting factors, but he subverted it later on in Season 5.
- He apologized to Alfred Pennyworth for his hostile behavior and attitude and made genuine effort to regain the trust of his butler and mentor.
- Helped the GCPD to stop dangerous criminals such as Jerome Valeska, Hugo Strange, and Eduardo Dorrance.
- When he confronted his parents' killer, Matches Malone, Bruce showed sympathy for the man and tried to understand him and where he came from.
- When Bruce discovered that Hugo Strange masterminded his parent's death, Bruce was motivated to stop Strange with his plans of harming innocents instead of taking personal revenge against him.
- During No Man's Land, he helped the remaining survivors by supplying them food, drink, and shelter with the resources he had.
- When Alfred was endangered, Bruce would save his life such as saving him from Ra's al Ghul and later Jeremiah Valeska.
- He took care of Selina Kyle while she was severely injured by actively supporting her during her recovery.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- While most of his corrupting factors were subverted, what he did to Jeremiah Valeska was considered to be minor lethal, even though he deserved it.
