Bobby is one of Mario's partners in Paper Mario: The Origami King. He is shown as a laid-back amnesiac Bob-omb who travels with Mario and Olivia during the Blue Streamer expedition in order to recall his past and make new memories with them. Unlike other Bob-ombs, he didn’t have a fuse, as it got knocked off.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- He helps Mario and Olivia battle against King Olly’s folded soldiers.
- While he killed many of them, it was solely out of self-defense or to save others.
- Every time he gets lost, he apologizes for being trouble.
- He helps Mario and Olivia on their journey.
- When Olivia gets trapped under a boulder by her brother, he travels with Mario across the sea to get his fuse back, so he can blow himself up, destroying the Boulder and freeing Olivia in the process.
- As a ghost, he wanted Olivia to be happy and not to be too sad about his death, as he feels like it would mean what he did would be in vain.
- While not as admirable as Mario, Olivia, Peach, Bowser, Luigi or Tippi, he has fewer resources and less screen time than them, and never had the Pure Hearts. Olivia also had access to the 1,000th crane.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- He refuses to help with the Water Vellumental and the Ninja Attraction, simply because he thought they were boring. However, he would later give his life to free Olivia, so this is a minor prevention.
