Blossom (named Momoko Akatsutsumi in the Japanese Version) is the self-proclaimed leader of the Powerpuff Girls Z. She is also known as one of the three titular main protagonists (alongside Bubbles and Buttercup) of the Powerpuff Girls Z anime series. Her alter-ego is Hyper Blossom, and her main weapon is a yo-yo.
She is voiced by Emiri Katō in the Japanese dub and by Nicole Bouma in the English dub.
Personality[]
Blossom is known to have a love for sugary foods and candies, but when she doesn't have sweets for a long amount of time, she'll get pretty angry. She has a strong dislike for greens, most commonly vegetables. Blossom is a bit boy crazy and plans to get married in her future. She tries her best to keep New Townsville/Tokyo City from harm while leading the girls. She is often very clever and crafty when needed, who is the first to trick or defeat monsters/villains. Unlike her original counterpart, Blossom can be pretty quick to anger, however; this is when only she feels insulted.
She sometimes can be selfish and insensitive with others, like in "Happy Birthday New Townsville", where she doesn't take advice on the cake for Ken, and doesn't mind his opinion on the matter, even brushing aside the concerns of Buttercup and Bubbles. Also in the same episode, she displays a hypocritical attitude to get angry to Mojo Jojo for steal the cakes of the people despite to the fact of do the same with Ken's cake.
Nevertheless, Blossom is capable of recognize her mistakes in the end and try to amend them.

In General[]
- Similar to Bubbles, even if she has a bunch of corrupting factors, she's still selfless and rejected some of her corrupting factors later on.
- She fought Mojo all of the time to protect townsville.
- Although she brags about her leadership, she is still a voice of reason and she is willing to protect her sisters and the citizens.
Season 1[]
- She saved the children from being kidnapped by Mojo and then stopped him.
- In the origins, when she met Mojo, she didn't know what to do until she noticed she is an expert at yoyo so she tried using her yoyo to stop Mojo. When Mojo left, she was captured by the Professor and Ken. When they saw Bubbles, Blossom tried getting her.
- When Blossom and Bubbles figured out they are Powerpuff Girls Z, they use their powers for good, when they saw Buttercup, Buttercup has to work with the girls but instead she runs away so Bubbles stopped her, Buttercup has no choice but has to fight for the good life.
- Mojo has to eat every food in the restaurant so the girls has to stop him before he eats everything.
- When people turned into monkeys, Blossom and Buttercup has to work together to get the humans turned back into normal.
- Mojo was stealing every oranges in the store so the girls tried stopped her but they ended up destroying a glass window thanks to Mojo.
- Blossom didn't get to do her homework so she ask Ken for help while she's fighting Mojo.
- Blossom stopped Fuzzy Lumpkins from stealing every territory and then tried stopping him from making property damage on buildings.
- She stopped Morbucks and her robot because Morbucks was pretending to be "good" by stopping her own robot.
- Even when she's mad at Hiro for pretending to be a hero and has his own girlfriend, it is understandable for some reasons since Hiro is a coward and didn't fought Mojo when he was purposely mean to be a hero.
- Blossom tried stopping the amoeba boys but they got away with it.
- When Sedusa is trying to impress a boy, she still steals many jewelry so Blossom stopped her, however later on, she's willing to make her beautiful so that Sedusa can impress her boyfriend, Blossom also returned all of the stolen jewelry.
- Blossom stopped Mojo and his robot, after that a haircut robot appeared and brainwashed Buttercup, Blossom and Bubbles stopped the haircut robot and no longer brainwashed Buttercup. Later on, the haircut robot returned and the girls will stop her.
- Blossom tried stopping Morbucks but after when she got hit by a rock, Blossom didn't attack her, she instead get Bubbles and Buttercup to save her.
- Mojo was stealing all of the cakes in the cake shop so Blossom stopped him.
- She tried stopping the Red Wolf but she stopped attacking him when Bubbles realized it was her boyfriend.
- Mojo and Amoeba Boys trapped the girls in a cage so Blossom and the girls tried getting out by working together.
- Blossom stopped the camera from turning people half-grey and then saved the mayor.
- When she realized Gangreen Gang are monsters thanks to Bubbles, she stopped the Gangreen Gang.
- Blossom and Bubbles are interested to be special models but since Mojo trapped them, Mojo made their looks embarassing and they want to stop jumping when Mojo made them start jumping so Bubbles tried stopping him.
- There was a talking ramen who forces people to eat the same ramen rather than with taste or different flavor so Blossom tried stopping him but she couldn't get up because of the food, the ramen was feeding.
- Even when Morbucks was defeated multiple times, she still needed the girls to save her so that she wouldn't get fully hurt. They figured out that the cat actually turn Miss Himeko into Morbucks so they tried stopping it by letting people listening to her music and by then she turned back into normal.
- A guy revealed a newspaper about Powerpuff Girls Z but the photo is too blurry, so Blossom joined Bubbles into helping him picture Powerpuff Girls Z.
- A electric wave monster appeared so Blossom stopped him and also stopped a giant cellphone monster that appeared.
- Although this episode revealed that Blossom is just lazy and wants to read her magazines rather than attacking Mojo, so she was sent into space because of the girls, however later on, Blossom takes responsibility for her actions and feels fully remorse for it.
- Blossom is going to get out of the classroom to stop Mojo but since Bloaaom is making fake excuses, Miss Keane is just trying to heal her so that she feels okay and later on since she admitted to Miss Keane that she is Blossom, she tried getting away with it and stopping Mojo, even if this is a corrupting factor, it is understandable because she only tried stopping Mojo to protect the citizens.
- When Mojo is making The Rowdyruff Boys, he used them to destroy Powerpuff Girls Z so the girls tried stopping them.
- Instead of fighting the Toy Duck that Peach truly cares about, she made the Toy Duck smaller so that the Toy Duck won't attack townsville.
- While there was a pepper, carrot, and a celery monster, Blossom will stop them from trying to eat Ken. And now the monsters are in space and Blossom will stop them before things get worse.
- When HIM control a giant mummy, Blossom tried stopping him but she lost her power, even by then she didn't give up and got her power back.
- Ken is going to make a new friend but since there was Mojo Jojo, Blossom tried stopping him but the other trio defeated Mojo themselves.
- While it was about to be Christmas, Sakurako-san made food for the girls, Blossom was impressed and she loved the food. Later tomorrow, there was a talking flower making so many flowers all over town and the girls will stop her. However Blossom appeared late but she was embarrassed about her nose as her nose has a flower, even by then she still is going to stop the flowers, however Sakurako-san stopped the flowers.
- When Ken thought Santa isn't real, Blossom made him happy by getting Santa and then send Ken into space to see his mother, Ken always wanted to see his mother by then and Ken now believed Santa was real since Blossom give Ken what he always wanted. She also stopped Mojo from stealing every present.
Season 2[]
- There was sushi turning into monsters so Blossom stopped them from attacking the citizens.
- While Morbucks is giving away the money that she possibly stole, Blossom stopped her otherwise it's possibly the money she still steal so that's why Bubbles stopped Morbucks because of it.
- Morbucks was buying jewelry until she noticed the statue. She thought the statue would be her but instead it's the Powerpuff Girls Z statue so she tried stopping Powerpuff Girls Z with the Amoeba Boys and Sedusa but Blossom stopped them.
- Blossom had no choice but to be in the dentist even when she didn't want to, even she tried stopping Mojo from leaving the dentist.
- Blossom tried stopping a monster clown but she ends up dancing because of the shocking light which makes her couldn't stop dancing but when the music stopped, she stopped the monster clown.
- Blossom stopped a dung beetle.
- Blossom loves a prank bully but later on, she got pranked.
- Mojo is getting a new girlfriend so he goes on a date with Ms. Keane. Blossom thought he possibly kidnapped her but she stopped herself from attacking Mojo because he was falsely accused. So Bubbles leave Mojo alone. Later on, when Mojo no longer has a crush on Ms. Keane, Blossom felt bad for him because Ms. Keane was in love with someone else.
- Blossom wanted to have different nicknames and stopped the weed but since the weeds are called different names, Blossom felt bad since she felt the same but for now, she kept her nickname just so she won't show her identity.
- While the mayor is possessed by Tokugawa Tsunayoshi, Blossom will stop the mayor and check what's going on. They will stop the monsters first as well but since they can't attack them due to the law, they need to run to the mayor and see what's going on. Since Tokugawa Tsunayoshi loves Dogs, Blossom gives him the Hotdogs so that they can bring the mayor back. For now, they defeated the ghost by then. And now the mayor has removed the law and the girls will now defeat the monsters.
- Blossom defeated a monster while going to a celebrity party.
- Blossom gives Ken an experience about an roller coaster after Ken turned back into normal so that Blossom will make Ken happy.
- Blossom was happy to switch bodies with Bubbles and Buttercup but since things didn't work out, they once switched their bodies again.
- Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup were teaching everyone to be polite and have some manners, however since the Rowdyruff Boys stole their clothes, they messed up their plan so Blossom has a new plan to stop the Rowdyruff Boys and yet they did stop the Rowdyruff Boys.
- When Keane broke up with someone, Blossom gives Mojo a chance to get her back until when Keane got her boyfriend again, even by then, Blossom felt bad for Mojo.
- In the finale episodes, she stopped HIM from taking over the volcano, stealing the monsters power and destroying the entire town.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- She has problems with her anger issues such as getting mad at Buttercup due to Buttercup not calling her the leader.
- While Buttercup is the one not calling her the leader, it is Blossom's fault since she is the one bragging about it.
- She sometimes gets Bubbles and Buttercup blamed for her trouble.

- She fits the description of the moral scaling trio, with her being NPG, Bubbles being PG and Buttercup being IA.
