80-Hexotron Droidformigon, better known as 80-HD or as his superhero alter-egos Lightning Dude and Ninja Shark, is one of the three tritagonists (alongside Chief and Sarah Hatoff) Dav Pilkey's Dog Man book series.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- While he was programmed to obey Li'l Petey, he aided him in saving Dog Man and Zuzu from falling a terrible height and in destroying the Beasty Buildings, as well as showing Dog Man that his alleged "babysitter" he hired had been none other than Petey the Cat, who was trying to kidnap Li'l Petey.
- After being reprogrammed to not have to obey anyone, 80-HD stayed with Li'l Petey, even with the latter insisting he was not required to do so. Because of this, he doesn't fall under moral agency issues.
- He destroyed Supa-Mecha Philly, which ultimately defeated Petey.
- He and Dog Man went out to save Chief, Sarah, Milly, and Zuzu from the FLEAS.
- While he did destroy a giant marshmellow factory, he did it to save Chief, Sarah, Milly, and Zuzu from crashing into it. Plus, not a single person was shown to be affected by the building's destruction.
- He immediately went to help Petey after the latter and his giant robot went flying into a building.
- He and Li'l Petey tried to save Dog Man from crashing into the Cannery Grow factory.
- He painted the Robo-Brontosaurus into looking like a squirrel, which made the giant Dog Man have influence to destroy it and defeat the FLEAS.
- He and Chief went out to break the law to save the falsely imprisoned Dog Man.
- He saved countless of people from the burning Gassy Behemoth Studios Theater.
- He freed Dog Man from being trapped inside a cave.
- He comforted Dog Man, who was harassed and called a misfit by showing him that he was also a misfit.
- He helped Dog Man with therapy to not have to be distracted by a rubber ball or a squirrel.
- He aided in defeating the Burgle Balls.
- He brought Li'l Petey and Zuzu to the Fair Fairy's army, who aided severely in defeating her.
- He, as well as the rest of the Supa Buddies, Chief, Sarah, Zuzu, and Flippy tried to defeat the Fair Fairy and her army.
- He revealed that Grampa had been posing as Petey and forced Petey to do the opposite.
- He and Li'l Petey created a helmet that made Dog Man look like a cat.
- He informed Petey and Li'l Petey that Munchy had kidnapped Flippy and the heroes were about to be falsely imprisoned.
- He aided in embarrassing Munchy to run away and never mess with them again.
- He freed Dog Man, Chief, Sarah, and Zuzu from being sent to prison.
- He helped Dog Man by giving him a robotic dog cone rather than the embarrassing normal one. While doing so, he also added an umbrella, which ultimately saved Chief and Nurse Lady's lives.
- He sacrificed his life to try and defeat the Sippy Cups.
- He volunteered to help Petey find someone to rebuild his lab.
- He brought Dog Man, Sarah, Petey, Li'l Petey, Zuzu, and Molly to the flying submarine, where the FLEAS were.
- He saved everyone on the submarine by holding onto one of Piggy's hairs, stopping the ship from plummeting into one of the latter's sweat glands and potentially killing everyone.
- He helped rebuild Petey's lab.
- He helped replace the again falsely imprisoned Dog Man with an identical robot, even if the robot was evil.
- He gave all of the Supa Buddies much advanced technology that helped them try to defeat the AI Buddies.
- He tried to defeat the AI Buddies with the rest of the Supa Buddies.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Good?[]
- He can be shown to be careless and reckless, such as destroying three walls and the door of Petey's lab or destroying the marshmellow factory. He is also shown to not have any remorse for said actions.
